Lia Haddock is the main character in this story. She is an investigative reporter trying to figure out what happened at the mysterious Limetown. She gets a mysterious call that leads down the rabbit hole of survivors from Limetown with their own stories trying to get to the bigger picture. Updating this post from the end her rabbit hole has stopped and she found out the real secret to Limetown. After interviewing Winona, Warren Chambers, Max Finlayson, Didre Wells, and Lenore Douglas the Limetown story has been shaped, but it all led to another rabbit hole. This is because Lenore Douglas explains to Lia that the Limetown story goes so much further and there may have been multiple and it'll never stop. In the end, Lia Haddock is told to take a suicide pill and she refuses, but after she does 3 men rush her through a door after interviewing Lenore and take her away. Gina Purri after Lia's disappearance makes a long statement that Lia will be found and the FBI will do everything possible to find her.

R.B. Villard

R.B. Villard is a millionaire man who used his money to fund the Limetown project. We don't know for sure if he's dead or alive, but we do know he funded it and if he is alive he will know everything about Limetown. After Limetown he was taken to court and soon after disappeared his whereabouts are unknown.

Terry Hilkens

Terry Hilkens is a half mystery to us right now, but what we do know is he called Lia Haddock in a panic telling her he has found a survivor. He also mentioned death threats. After reaching out to his parents and telling them to get out of the house and hide he has not been heard from since and is either dead or missing.

Dr. Emil Haddock

Dr Emil Haddock is related to Lia Haddock and is her Uncle. He is her connection to Limetown but is long known as diseased. Updating this post we find out a lot later on. Emil Haddock is very important and more important than anyone could know and is still alive. Emil Haddock had a gift for telepathic communication and he was "The man they were all there for." Emil Haddock was able to communicate to all with the implant and was able to calm Diedre and tell everyone everything was going to be okay during the Panic. Diedre was able to tell Lia that Emil was taken away by Lenore and they were going to use Lia to get to Emil as he is the key to changing the world and making the biotech to the next level. His job in Limetown is very important and he was the key to everything.

Winona

This woman Lia Haddock claims to be a survivor of Limetown. She certainly has some major brain damage amongst other issues, but she does account for living with her husband and her daughter. She explains to Lia she saw a strange man whom she refers to as "The Man they were all there for." This man has some sort of mental power or telepathic communication powers they are testing on him or studying. Towards the end of her story, she explains that this man tells her through his mind that she needs to leave something dangerous is coming. She freaks out and can't say much.

Reverend Warren Chambers

Reverend Warren Chambers is an extremely important character in the Limetown story. He has very important information on why they were there to begin. He confirms the theory that they were testing telepathic communication and tells us how he cared for the animals which were used as food and test subjects mostly pigs. Warren Chambers was the first human subject and was hooked up with a pig which he named Napoleon. At first things were going well and it worked the bio tech they used actually worked he understood the pig and the pig undertstood him better than anyone. Until the night of the panic when they were taken and seperated they could feel each other's fear. The fear was too much for Warren to take the pig would never stop and Warren couldn't sleep he took a sledge-hammer and ended the life of Napoleon and felt the most relief but sadness possible. He got away with his life and the most important piece of information for Lia Haddock so far. He was soon after the interview killed in a drunk driving accident.

Max Finlayson

We don't know much about Max Finlayson right now he has just initially contacted Lia Haddock at the end of episode 3 and will probably be interviewed in the next episode. Updating this post Max Finalyson was an extremely smart scientist who was invited to Limetown through Oscar Totem. He left him a button to show him they were going to change the world. He was connected to Diedre Wells as they were married and went to Limetown together. He couldn't say much except that they were working on biotech to communicate telepathically. After the interview, Max Finlayson gets attacked in his own house and is killed while on the phone with Lia. He says the name Dorothy before he dies and later we find out that it was a nickname for his wife Diedre.

Napoleon

Napoleon is the pig that Reverand Warren Chambers was connected to. He was the first animal tested and successful with a human host. We know that he understand Warren better than anyone and was extremely scared during the panic of Limetown. This caused his death when Warren couldn't take it anymore and ended Napoleon with a sledge hammer.

Sylvia

Sylvia is a former resident of Limetown. She was one of seventeen children in the town, and the only known child survivor. She is currently being moved around Australia and kept away from whoever is trying to kill every known survivor from LimeTown. Updating this post we know that Lenore Dougal has been the one moving her around as she couldn't kill a kid.

Mark Green

Mark Green is Lia Haddocks boss at the firm she works for and helps her along the way with the Limetown story. Mark makes a brief return in Episode 6: Cost-Benefit Analysis, aiding Lia over the phone as she readies herself for her live interview. Despite Mark's attempt to reach Lia during the interview, Lenore Dougal compels Lia to disregard his calls. Early in the interview, Lenore reveals that she has dispatched a substantial amount of Limetown evidence to Mark.

Frank Banner

Selected for his kindness, composure, and dedication to the cause, Frank Banner became the inaugural human test subject for the implant. He was the first successful attempt and said he wanted to "Change the World" and this was his drive to complete this experiment.

Diedre Wells

Diedre Wells was an extremely important character who popped the top off the Lime town experiment and gave Lia a crazy amount of information. She is connected to Limetown through Max Finalyson who is her husband. We also learned that when Max was killed he mentioned "Dorothy" which is a nickname for Diedre and she called him Scarecrow. Even after their divorce they cared for eachother and remembered their love story and always loved eachother. Max wanted to change the world and he needed Diedre too and that is why they went to Limetown. Moving on from their love story she explains why the panic happened and it's because Limetown was a place where a bunch of test subjects got an implant that allowed them to talk telepathically and this left out the others and in return, they created a group called the Old School. Diedre soon after got the chip and the Old School got too jealous and wanted everyone to feel their pain so they started riots and killed Oscar Totem to make everyone with the chip feel death. This huge riot and murder scene was known as the Panic. Lastly Diedre reveals the man they were all there for was Emil Haddock Lia's Uncle.

Spence

Spence is the reason for the panic and in turn a very important character. He was one of the main people in the group Diedre helped make known as the Old School, but once she turned on them they got angry and Spence left out reason and started violent riots and murdered Oscar Totem. We know he died as Lenore Dougel said all the people without the chip were melted and killed.

Lenore Dougal

From the very start of Limetown, Lenore Dougal operated as an undercover agent strategically placed within its ranks. Present when The Panic unfolded, she played a role in the elite clean-up team tasked with systematically eliminating nearly all Limetown residents, sparing only the people with the implanted tech.

During Limetown's early stages, she was discreetly introduced among the chosen few by what she says "an outside firm." When the pivotal moment arrived, Lenore anonymously approached Oscar Totem, extending an offer from the same covert agency she worked for. The proposal involved calling a specific number, agreeing to the terms, and taking a ton of money way more than he thought. Unfortunately, the opportunity failed when Oscar failed to make the call in time, when the Panic started he just didn't have the time and was killed before the covert team was able to get there. Lenore Dougal tells Lia in this interview that all the people with the chip were actually moved to a new Limetown and told Lia that the rabbit hole goes so much further than she could ever imagine. She then takes and pill and kills herself after telling Lia to do the same. The story finished with Lia getting rushed by men and taken away.

Gina Purri

We don't know much about Gina Purri except for the fact that she is senor vice president at the same firm as Lia Haddock. She makes an important statement at the end of the show that Lia Haddock has been missing and she will be found as the FBI and local law is working on the case as hard as they can.
