Flexible learning made a big difference for me during a time when I was dealing with some personal problems like attending a family member's funeral and I couldn’t attend in-person classes that time. I requested for an excuse and to be given a bit of help in submitting my school works. Being able to access materials online and complete assignments on my own schedule helped me stay on top of things without falling behind. One thing that really worked was breaking tasks into smaller steps and setting daily goals. Which kept me motivated and made the workload feel more manageable.

Flexible learning and teaching really helped me grow as a learner because it gave me the freedom to manage my own time and pace. I especially appreciated asynchronous learning and modular approaches, since I only have limited access to the internet and can't always attend live sessions due to other commitments. It made me feel more in control and less pressured, knowing I could still learn effectively despite my situation.

The discussion has taught me a lot of insights that actually mold my ideas and understanding as a learner and a future educator. I was able to learn that there are various ways of catering students' needs that are appropriate for their pace of learning. I believe that I will excell best in a blended learning modality where the integration of digital tools is present in traditional way of teaching. This enhances my skills as a learner and helps me absorb more ideas and reflect discussions more effective and efficient as it balances the usage of physical or conventional tools and digital tools.
