Currently there is an important debate on gun control due to the fact that there have been mass shootings. This is where the controversy between the defenders of gun control and those who oppose it begins, since the former ask for more laws against gun buyers and the others say that this will not help at all.

Although the sale of weapons increased during the pandemic, for this very reason, there were no shootings in the month of March 2020.

In Colombia the carrying of weapons is restrictive, unless you have a special permit and to obtain it you must go through filters such as criminal, mental and the need to have it. If someone has a weapon illegally, he can be imprisoned between four and fifteen years.

I think it is very difficult to give a concrete answer in this regard.

It is important to implement laws regarding the carrying of weapons, but more than laws, it is essential to carry out frequent controls in order to prevent, people from violating the rules as much as possible and, likewise, to prevent suicides, homicides and any crime that endangers the everyone's life.

She says that because of her passion for food, she and her husband opened a company called FAMILY DINNER, in order to support local farms and the people who harvest crops in order to make improvements in the food system. Because due to so much pressure from companies, growers dedicate themselves to producing by applying pesticides to food and for this reason, they contaminate it. I think that there is a lot of truth in this, since everything is done in order to enrich the businessman regardless of the quality of the food and the benefit of the peasants.

Its meaning is that today the most important thing is to harvest food quickly, no matter what has to be done, so that businessmen get what interests them most: money.

That it is something that can be avoided by organizing people so that they sow and the products that reach the homes are of good quality.

Products well harvested from local farms can favor nutrition, avoiding contamination and food waste.

Helps to have a balance in the environment and to avoid the lack of healthy foods as much as possible.

 

 

I think that the best thing that can be done to deal with food waste and cleanliness is to support small farmers who are the ones who provide healthy and quality products to the entire community.
