It is essential to our equity goals, ending opportunity gaps, and supporting students' social-emotional wellbeing. If teachers are struggling with how to do this, we could assign equitable grading or restorative grading teacher leaders (similar to our tech leaders) to provide support.

Support note:
I feel very strongly that ALL MA STAFF should be shown the same respect that is shown to teachers and admins.  Knowing that a support staff member has the ability to write referrals and give discipline elevates them in the hierarchy of the school, which would then hopefully increase the respect they are shown.
