If a role hasn't been chosen, you may pick. There is no seniority; rather, students who consistently show up, help out, and are positive influences are rewarded.

Let the Project Manager, Editor-in-Chief, or Advisor know if you can't be in the Yearbook anymore ASAP.

Everyone has a defined role. To avoid wasted time, stick to your assigned job only. If you can't do it, you will be replaced.

We want to be INCLUSIVE, not exclusive. Everyone is welcome to be in the club. We don't exclude anyone because we don't like them.

We will have daily check-ins in Seminar daily. Only Senior Officers and Student Council members will come once a week--they should check in after school, preferably on Thursdays.

The Project Manager, Financial Manager, and Editor-in-Chief should meet with the Advisor on Mondays after school

Only two people will be given a Press Pass to go to any game. The Project Manager should have a calendar of games and who is going. This should be prearranged the day before at least. It can't be the same two people. Anyone else has to pay for every game.

Daily Yearbook Seminar

The PM, Financial Mgr, and Editor in Chief need to meet after school once a week (Mondays, preferably)

Plan on Yearbook Staff meeting every Tuesday at 3PM. Come ready to say a) what you did the last week, b) what you are doing the next week, and c) anything important like dates we need to know. The PM needs to run this meeting.
