Sleep is very important to us and one of the secrets to get good sleep is eating right. There are some foods that can stop your sleep and help you fall asleep.

Try to have dinner earlier in the evening, and avoid heavy, rich foods within two hours of bed. Fatty foods take a lot of work for your stomach to digest and may keep you awake.Avoid drinking too many liquids in the evening. Drinking lots of water, juice, tea, or other fluids may result in frequent bathroom trips throughout the night. If you’re hungry at bedtime, a light snack before bed can help promote sleep. When you pair tryptophan-containing foods with carbohydrates, it may help calm the brain and allow you to sleep better.

Dear Jane,
Sleep is very important to us and the way to have a good sleep is to arrange a reasonable living time. Try to have dinner earlier in the evening and avoid heavy, rich foods within two hours of bed. Fatty foods take a lot of work for your stomach to digest and may keep you awake. You should form a habit of sleeping on time, try to sleep before 11pm and wake up at 6am. Do not drink coffee in the evening it will make you lose sleep. And finally let your mind relax to get a good night's sleep. Here are some of my tips for you.
Hope you will get a good sleep.
Regards.

Dear Anna,
With your question, I can offer you some sincere advice. First, you should avoid eating things like garlic, onions, shrimp paste, cabbage, curry, alcohol because it causes bad breath that is very unpleasant when you give an interview.
In my opinion, oral hygiene is the best way to prevent and treat bad breath. You need to brush your teeth at least twice a day in the morning when you wake up and at night before you go to bed. You need to clean your teeth properly and regularly to ensure that your teeth are always clean.
And of course, use foods that help your breath better and yourself more confident such as gum, mouth spray. I recommend using the highly effective nano silver mouthwash that is trusted by many people.Besides, you also need to pay attention to adding enough water to the body to avoid dry mouth causing bad breath.
Wish you a successful interview and get the job you love!
   Expert N

If your problem is that you can not sleep enough, you should eat high- carbobydrat, low protein foods, such as cheese, soya milk, tofu, nuts, honey, bananas and beans. Espeacially, drinking a cup of hot milk before going to bed is really effective. However, if you are sleepy all day, you should reduce the amount of the above foods in your diet. Fatty foods take a lot of work for your stomach to digest and may keep you up. Also be cautious when it comes to spicy or acidic foods in the evening, as they can cause stomach trouble and heartburn. While it may make you fall asleep faster, alcohol reduces your sleep quality, wakes you up later in the night. To avoid this effect, stay away from alcohol in the hours before bed.

You might be surprised to know that caffeine can cause sleep problems up to ten to twelve hours after drinking it! Consider eliminating caffeine after lunch or cutting back your overall intake.

Avoid drinking too many liquids in the evening.

In my opinion, mothers should be highly encouraged to work at home because of several reasons. Firstly, women have traditional roles as housewives and housekeepers. Their duties are just doing housework and looking for their husbands and children. If they live in an extended family, they will become the caregivers for elderly people. Secondly, women will not have enough time if they go to work. While men only work at office and they have enough time to relax, women are different, they have to work at office and at home, take care of their families after work. As a result, they have no time to relax after a tiring day. Finally, if women both work at office and at home, they can not become good workers. The tiring household negatively affects their work at office. They not only can not concentrate on their work but also worry about their kids all the time. In short, women should work at home instead of working at office.
Nguyễn Thảo Hiền

Mothers should not work outside. I also appreciate working mothers, but working too much is a problem. First, a working mother always feels exhausted and overwhelmed after a day of work and family. They face the pressure of taking care of family and making money as well. Second, mothers play an important role in child development. Mothers are the ones who teach their children how to live when they grow up. Moreover, the absence of mothers' love can make children feel neglected. Finally, the worst thing about working mothers is that they don't even get to enjoy the benefits of motherhood. They miss out on the first steps, words, and everything else that will happen in their baby's life. In short, mothers deserve time to take care of their children and do not deserve to be exhausted at work.

In my opinion, mothers should not work outside the home. There are a lot of reasons that being a working mother is not good. First, they can be exhausted if they work and take care of their family at the same time. They don’t have enough time to take care of themselves. Second, they have the natural roles of being housewives and caregivers. They should spend time teaching their kids and managing a household. Finally, many people have gender discrimination, and they can treat mothers unequally. So mothers can't get the pay they deserve. For these reasons, I think mothers should not work outside.

Currently, there are many opinions that women should not work outside after getting married. I agree with that opinion.
Firstly, this is the traditional role of wives. They have to stay at home and take care of their husband and children and their parents-in-law if they live with their parents-in-law. Only then can one fulfill the duty of a daughter-in-law.
Secondly, when they go to work, they will not have enough strength and cannot do their job well at the company, will be reprimanded by the leader, and the efficiency will not be high.
Finally, after getting married and working, there will be some people who despise them that they don't know how to take care of their family and they will sometimes only think about the work at home and can't focus on work at the company. That doesn't mean they don't have time to rest either.
In conclusion, there are many reasons that women shouldn’t go out and work after getting married.

Mothers should be greatly encouraged to work outside the home.First, working mothers contribute to household income. They help their husbands pay household expenses and satisfy their children's growing needs.Second, working mothers are good educators for their children. Experiences at work widen their knowledge and gradually mature them. Through working they discover their strengths and weaknesses, become more knowledgeable and can find good ways to educate their children. Finally, working mothers set good examples for their children. When children see how their parents work hard to support the families and share domestic responsibilities they will learn from them. Such family values as hard work, responsibilities and love are likely to pass down from generation to generation. Clearly, mothers should be strongly supported to work outside the home.

One of the most important disadvantage is they they do not have enough time to take care of their family. They cannot prepare food or doing the housework. In addition, they will not have time to educate their children well. Another disadvantage is that they have no time to enjoy themselves or relax. They are too busy to finish their work and take care of their family, so they do not have time to make them become more beautiful. Moreover, their health will become worse because they will have to stay up late to complete their assignments.

Nowadays, society is developing more quickly than ever before. Therefore, working mothers are becoming more important to the economy . In my opinion, I think that mothers should be encouraged to work outside the house because of two following reasons.
Firstly, working mothers contribute to household income. If women go to work, they can earn money on their own. Thus, they can share the financial burden with their husbands. Moreover, mothers can satisfy their children 's growing needs and improve family condition.
Secondly, working mothers set good examples for their children. A child who see her parents go to work can be aware of gender equality early and she can learn to be a hard -working and responsible person . For instance, in a typical Vietnamese family, both wife and husband work outside the home, so the children always think that people need to go to work no matter what gender they are.
To sum up, mothers should be strongly supported to work outside the home.

I think working mother have some disadventages. Firstly children and their mothers seem to be less close nowadays. It is because mother spends less time with their children and working mother often works full time. As a result, children do not have enough time to share about their problems in school or about themselves. Another disadvantage is that they have no time to enjoy themselves or relax. They are too busy to finish their work and take care of their family, so they do not have time to make them become more beautiful. Finally, working mothers can not be good workers. Tiring and boring chores at home negatively affect women’s tasks in their working place. They can not concentrate or work effectively as those who do not have to worry about taking kids to school, picking them up after school and doing housework. In conclusion, if mothers go to work, they will have many disadvantages.

If women pursue a career, they will have income to support themselves, to do what they want and be able to help their parents. In addition, women pursuing a career will also bear the family a cost and can also help the husband to improve at work, will be supported by the woman and correct his shortcomings. if both are the same profession. At that time, women will also not have to rely on men, can have a private and comfortable life, not rely on men's money and also won't let men work hard outside. However, in my personal belief, many women today are more likely to work outside, which has a number of disadvantages. One major disadvantage is that they do not have enough time to care for their family. They are unable to cook or do housework. Furthermore, they will not have enough time to properly educate their children. Another disadvantage is that they do not have time to enjoy or relax. They are too preoccupied with finishing their work and caring for their families to devote time to making themselves more beautiful. Furthermore, because they will have to stay up late to complete their assignments, their health will worsen. In conclusion, if mothers go to work, they will have many disadvantages.

The main reason is they don’t have enough time to care for their family. They can't do the cooking and cleaning and focus on their earning at the same time. Moreover, most mothers are the ones who teach their children so if they focus on their work they won't have time to educate their children.

I don't agree that mothers should be greatly encouraged to work outside the home because of some reasons.
Firstly, these mothers don’t spend enough time with children and family, which extend the distance between mothers and their children. As a result, children get freedom in excess when they don’t see mothers around to stop them from vices. This way they may fall in bad company and inculcate vices in them. Not only this, they might feel alone and find for company as mothers are not available for kids due to work.

Secondly, despite working to earn money, they still have to take care of families, which makes them even more tired and depressed with such a heavy burden. After working for 8 hours continuously in office creates fatigue and tiredness. The activeness vanishes the moment mother reaches home. But their housework’s still undone, and they are the ones who finish them. Although husband may share with their wives, but in most families, wives are still people who do all the chores.

Finally, working mothers can meet inequality in workplace, they may be paid fewer though they do the same work with men. Nowadays, harassment is a quite threatening problem in offices, which affects their work’s quality.

Clearly, mothers should consider choosing working or staying at home.

It is believed that women who have kids have better not be encouraged to work outside income. From my point of view, I do not agree with the statement as for these reasons. First and foremost , working mothers contribute to household income. They help their husbands pay household expenses and satisfy their children's growing needs. Life is getting more and more expensive, so women's salaries are becoming important to their household budgets. Second, working mothers are good educators for their children .Experiences at work widen their knowledge and gradually mature them. Through working they discover their strengths and weaknesses, become more knowledgeable and can find good ways to educate their children. Last but not least , working mothers set good examples for their children. When children see how their parents work hard to support the families and share domestic responsibilities they will learn from them. Such family values as hard work, responsibilities and love are likely to pass down from generation to generation. In conclusion, mothers should be strongly supported to work outside the home.

To begin with, these mothers do not spend enough time with their children and families, resulting in a greater distance between them and their children. First and foremost, by taking up a job, a wife can earn more money to support her family life. As the world grows more and more competitive, sometimes the father's salary is not enough to make ends meet, so the mother will have to go out to work for additional income. In addition, a working life creates opportunities for women to contact the outer world, strengthen their character and show their capacity. Working ladies with a successful career enjoy a good life with positive reinforcement outside the home. Working women will see life through a new lens and with a better prospect, while the lives of housewives circle their family and husbands.

Smartphones bring a lot of benefits in the modern world. It’s a means of communication, an entertainment device and with the Internet, we can do everything with our smartphones. While touchscreen phones existed prior to the release of the iPhone (as early as the 1980s), Apple was the company who truly made capacitive touchscreens go mainstream in 2007. From then, many new features have been developed and added to the phone such as: dual cameras, online stores,… and various applications. Nowadays, people can easily purchase a smart phone with a low price. There are many brands with different phone designs which are suitable to different needs. I believe in the future, with the development of technology like AI, the smartphones will be much smarter and more useful.

However, using electronic devices in schooling can bring disadvantages.

First and foremost, smartphones have a bad reputation in classrooms and there have been strong cases for banning them in schools. However, this does students a disservice in many ways, including missing the opportunity to teach proper tech use. Next, new tech in the classroom means needing IT professionals to help set it up, maintain it, and support teachers and students in its use. But institutions can help maximize their technical support stall by finding a less resource intensive solution. Last but not least, despite modern connectivity, it seems people are more disconnected than ever, instead of communicating directly, many are instead choosing to filter all communications through their mobile devices.

Disdvantages of exntended famiy
Today, many people think that living in an extended family has an advantage over men, but they are wrong. I find living in a foreign family has more disadvantages than advantages
First, privacy is a luxury. In a busy home with lots of people coming in and out, you won't have much time for privacy. Good luck finding undisturbed time to do it. Privacy isn't easy when an extended family is concerned.
Second, leaving the house or saying goodbye takes longer than necessary. When you want to go out to meet friends or escape a family gathering, you have the whole “goodbye” process. Of course, it would be rude to leave without saying hello, so you need to do the rounds. A few minutes may pass. In fact, it can even take quite a while. If you're in an extended family, you may have to start saying goodbye with some anticipation before you have to leave.
Moreover, events, parties and celebrations cost a lot (large guest list). There's no such thing as a cheap birthday party for your kids or parents when there's an extended family involved. Suddenly, a birthday party costs hundreds of dollars in decorations, food, and entertainment. The guest list for celebrations and events is long with extended families.
In short, we should aim for the nuclear family and limit ourselves to the extended family

Disadvantages of extended family

Extended families are families where three or more generations are living in the same house. Usually, it means that the grandparents are living with their children and grandchildren. Researches have shown that there are several advantages of living in extended families. Extended families are very common in countries where there is no social security net. Extended families help prevent elderly people from becoming poor. Another advantage is that the grandparents can look after the grandchildren when their parents are busy at work. What's more, children living in big families tend to be happier because they can play with cousins that are around their ages. The elderly may also become more active when interacting with younger generations. However, sometimes you have no privacy because there are so many members. They can also cause conflicts and problems or meddle in other family members' business. Any way, we still prefer living in an extended family because we love our grandparents and want to live with them.

ADVANTAGES OF EXTENDED FAMILY

Family is one of the most important parts of society. There are two main types of families, namely nuclear family and extended family. An extended family can be defined as that type of family in which there are grandfathers, grandmothers, fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, and cousins who live under one roof.

In my opinion, although living in an extended family is not so popular because of the difference in viewpoints, beliefs, etc, it also brings us many advantages.

Firstly, living in an extended family can share economic responsibilities and reduce the family’s money strain. Adult children often move back in with their parents as they start off their careers or to help them save money to buy their own home. Willing and healthy grandparents can also help take care of young grandchildren during the day, which can save the family a significant amount on childcare costs.

Secondly, an extended family is good for childcare and education. Children will have opportunities to know how to learn, grow up and they can also get advice from older people about history, traditions, social skills, etc. Besides that, children living in extended families tend to be better at school than the others, more sociable, responsible and sympathetic.

Moreover, many families find it much easier and simpler to care for and support elderly, disabled or sick adult family members when they live in the same home.

Finally, living in an extended family all the family members can spend time together to share all worries, sorrows, joys and thoughts, and everyone can understand each other more. Families will be happier and relationships between them will be maintained and developed. In short, I think extended family is a good choice for everyone.

DISADVANTAGES OF NUCLEAR FAMILY
Living in a nuclear family can bring us some disadvantages. Firstly, parents are often busy at work and do not have much time to take care of their children. Although children can become more independent, they may feel lonely and they may feel emotionally and spiritually insecure. Secondly, without the care of adults, children can become addicted to games or social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. Therefore, they are at risk of making friends with bad guys. Thirdly, children do not often see grandparents and relatives. This leads to a large gap between them and previous generations. Children may lack social communication skills. Last but not least, it is very disadvantageous that they do not receive instruction from grandparents who are considered to have a lot of experience in the family. In short, I think if living in a nuclear family, parents should take care of their children more and regularly encourage them to visit their grandparents and relatives.

Advantages of extended family
Firstly, families now face higher costs of housing and heavier pressure of both childcare and elderly care so living under the same roof can be a good idea to reduce household expenses. It's hard to pay all the expenses: Internet, electricity bill,... alone, but it's not a problem when you live in an extended family, you can share it with everyone. Secondly, extended family is good for childcare and education. Children will have opportunities to know how to learn, grow up and they also get advice from older people about history, traditions, social skills, etc. Besides that, children living in extended families tend to be good at school, more sociable, responsible and sympathetic.
Finally, all the family members can spend time together to share all worries, thinkings, and everyone can understand each other more. The family will be more happy and relationships between them will be maintained.
In short, I think extended family is a good choice for everyone

There has been a dramatic rise in the popularity of extended families and we can’t deny the benefits that extended families bring. First of all, a family with more than 2 generations is beneficial for the children. They receive care and love not only from their parents but also from their grandparents, which helps them develop in a best way. Also, they can learn about the life skills from the elderly to have more knowledge about life. For instance, they learn how to communicate with others or purchase goods at an affordable price. Next, extended families provide with the elderly some good impacts. They will get rid of the financial difficulties, be taken care of when suffering from illnesses or diseases, especially, they no longer feel lonely and will get healthier and more active when living with their offsprings. For example, they are always taken to hospitals or looked after carefully if they feel unwell. Moreover, parents can both nurture their kids and take good care of the grandparents. Additionally, it is obvious that they will have more time to earn money because the grandparents can help them do the chores and educate their kids. Last, living in extended families helps to build up the tight relationship among members. They can support each other whenever having troubles or getting stressed.

It is undeniable that extended families bring each members quite a lot advantages. One of the major benefits and reasons why families move in together is that it is often a more affordable option and can reduce the family’s money strain. Adult children often move back in with their parents as they start off their careers or to help them save money to buy their own home. Willing and healthy grandparents can also help take care of young grandchildren during the day, which can save the family a significant amount on childcare costs. Moreover, children have the advantage of growing up with multiple family members and also to learn about caring for their elders, while grandparents remain productive and active while they keep up with the children’s activities and school work. Next, many families find it much easier and simpler to care for and support elderly, disabled or sick adult family members when they live in the same home. This way, the household can share the care responsibilities, establish better routines with the family members who need care and be able to notice any changes in their health or situation much quicker. Extended family living naturally encourages family members to spend their free time together and witness each other’s daily lives. In an extended family household the adults can share their worries, stresses and responsibilities with other family members like their parents, who genuinely care for their wellbeing. Last but not least, family members can frequently spend time with their loved ones. Some family members, especially elderly parents may become lonely and isolated when they live alone, but living closely with family and just knowing that they are nearby usually cures any thoughts of loneliness. In short, from my point of view, living in form of many generations as a family still a good choice.

No one can deny how essential families are. It makes us feel secure and helps us to make decisions during difficulties. In many last decades, almost people are a part of an extended family, but now, nuclear families are more and more popular in our modern life. Besides a lot of pros, nuclear families also bring bad effects to our society.
A nuclear family includes the husband and wife with their unmarried children. Immediately after marriage, the children discard their parental home and set up their individual household. In a nuclear family, mother and father are only the head of the family. These families do not have any elderly members like extended families. They live an independent life with any number of children.
Firstly, living in a nuclear family brings many drawbacks for parents. Parents are caught in the whirlpool of work, so they don’t have time to take care of and talk to their children. Moreover, parents have fewer opportunities to earn money, because after the exhausting working day, they have to do much housework which is done by grandparents in many extended families. Furthermore, our life is stressed, adults are up to their eyes with their work and childcare, so looking after their parents becomes more and more pressure. Consequently, adults tend to take their parents to the nursing home. Additionally, because a nuclear family only includes 2 generations, so when parents have conflicts, they don’t have enough skills to solve these problems. For that reason, nuclear families lack elders and experienced people and thus there is no one to guide the members during the time of difficulty, so they cannot reconcile with their spouse. As a result, domestic violence and getting divorced can happen
Secondly, a nuclear family also harms for children. Children who live in a nuclear family are not able to get love from family members as those who live in an extended family. They will have less chance to take advice from the previous generation and learn more about the history and good tradition. In addition, children can suffer from loneliness as they do not find their age companions. That can lead to bad mental and physical effects, especially in families that have one child. And it is not surprising if any of them get indulged in wrong activities to pass the time. Besides, living in a nuclear family can drift people apart from their relationships with their grandparents and relatives, especially children. They cannot know obviously about their cousins, uncles and aunts. Thus, children can tend to be cruel to their family members.
Last but not least, looking back many decades, families in Vietnam have many generations, which are called extended families. And this was deeply imprinted in the Vietnamese‘s subconscious and has become a culture existed up to the present. Therefore, though society is modern, the development of nuclear families nowadays is erosion traditional values.
In short, ultimately, no family is without flaws. But residing together with the whole family members assures the finest possible outcomes for all involved.

Advantages of nuclear family.
Family type is one of the important factors determining a child's development. I think living in a nuclear family brings many advantages. In nuclear families, parents will have more time for their children. The fact that there are fewer generations in a family makes it possible for parents to focus more and pay more attention to their children. Since then, their children have better educational conditions, helping them to be more open and sociable with everyone. They will also be more confident. Living in a nuclear family, children tend to be more independent, more responsible for their family and for themselves. In addition, living in a nuclear family will reduce conflicts between children in the house. Moreover, it's more economical to raise children in a nuclear family than for a extended family. In short, i think the nuclear family is a good choice for everyone with its advantages.

To sum up, extended families bring a variety of advantages to us.

I live in a nuclear family, and honestly, living in this kind of family has a lot of benefits .First, a nuclear family helps me to be more responsible. As there are only 4 people in my family, everyone has to work. My parents work in the company and they are busy all the time. Therefore, me and my sister have to cook ourselves and do the housework. As a result, neither of us are lazy and dependent. We understand our parents ’ burden, so we are more aware of our duty .

Second, living in a nuclear family provides me with more private space. If there are more people in my family such as my aunts, uncles or cousins, I will feel quite uncomfortable. Also, my activities at home such as listening to music, taking my friends to home or watching TV will not be complained or criticized. My parents and sister understand me most, so they give me a very relaxing feeling when I am at home.

In conclusion, I live in a nuclear family and I am very satisfied with it. However, I am still close with my grandparents or cousins. I often visit them at weekends so our relationships are really good .

The individual nuclear family is a universal social phenomenon. Duncan Mitchell in his ‘Dictionary of sociology has defined nuclear family as ‘A small group composed of husband and wife and immature children which constitutes a unit apart from the rest of the community.” and this has some advantages
First this has a lot of family Nuclear family plays an important role in the development of personality of individuals. Children are more close to the parents and can have more free and frank discussion about their problems with parents which helps for the better development of their personality.
Secondly family planning programme becomes successful in nuclear families. The members of nuclear family have to plan and limit their family as they have to bear all the responsibilities and expenses themselves to rear their children. The children also are benefited in the long run as they inherit directly property from their parents.
In nuclear family there is no shifting of responsibility like in joint family.

The generation gap has been existed throghout years and years. It occurred because of many reasons. Firstly, there are a lot kinds of people who live in a family, so conflict and different thought is unavoidable. The different cultures are also a factor that causes the generation gap. The younger generation is more exposed to different cultures than their grandparents and parents. What's more, the older experience more than the younger, so they don't have the same viewpoint as their children on many things in life. Moreover, both parents and their children don't see things from the standpoints of each other. Another reason is that parents are very busy and they don't have enough time to share things with their children. Therefore, I think we should have some solutions to improve the problems. We should improve communication. It helps us to increase our understanding of each other and reduce the generation gap. The older should keep up with trends, and update their thoughts on current issues concerning their children like technology to build their relationship closer and have many sympathizes. Finally, we can increase the respect and value of each person's thoughts by giving each other space.

Generation gap
In a rapidly developing world, the differences in opinion, attitude and lifestyle of children from those of parents and grandparents is obvious which lead to generation gap.

Electronic devices such as smartphones, mobile applications, laptops and video games create a cultural gap between two generations. While the parents prefer face to face with others, children use Facebook and Instagram to communicate with friends. The gap is increased by the spread of trends in all over the world. For instance, the habits in eating of younger generation, who prefer burgers and junk food, and older generation who prefer home made traditional food. In view points of thought, there is a noticeable difference between two generations that young people are often more open-minded than their parents.

These cultural differences result in a lack of communication between two generations which leads to improper guidance for youth on one hand and loss of cultural identity on the other. Social scientists have proved that if children and parents do not spend sufficient time for others and discussing ideas, events, history and culture, a community will forget its culture within five generations.

In conclusion, the differences in ideas and attitude of children and parents are natural. However, these may seriously hamper the development of a society and lead to loss of identity. The differences should be bridged by encouraging the parents and children to spend more time with each other.

According the latest survey, the young has a tendency to live in the nuclear family because of several advantages. The first advantages is that it plays an essential role in the development of personality of individuals. Children will have more chances to be more close to the parents and have more free discussion about their problems. Moreover, in nuclear families the condition of woman is better than joint families. She gets time to plan and manage her house without interference of elders. Another advantages is people have more freedom and privacy. They are freer to express their expectations of each other. To sum up, I prefer living in the nuclear family.

Nuclear family plays an important role in the development of personality of individuals. First, children are more close to the parents and can have more free and frank discussion about their problems with parents which helps for the better development of their personality. Second, a nuclear family of a husband and wife provides a lifelong consistancy of purpose and usually includes a much larger extended family that a child can use for positive examples: Grandparents, Uncles and Aunts, and Cousins. The children can feel a part of a larger whole, especially when included in traditional gatherings that include all of the above.Third, a child gets a better sense with both a mother and a father of what is acceptable behavior and what is not, especially when both parents are involved in the nurturing of the child. The agreement adds authority to principles. Besides that, the child of a nuclear family often receives a greater amount of life skills training. Finally, in nuclear families the condition of woman is better than joint families. She gets enough time to look after her children. She also gets time to plan and manage her house according to her own idea. There is no interference of elders. Her husband can also devote more attention to the wife in nuclear family. In short, the nuclear family brings both generations in it a lot of benefits both materially and spiritually.

Generation gap
The generation gap has always been a problem in society. In my viewpoint, there are some reasons leading to this issue.
Firstly, the gap appears between generations due to the development of technology. While the old prefer to communicate face to face, the young are likely to connect by chatting through their laptops or smartphone screens. Gradually, the invisible gap is established and makes them become less close.
Next, the different thoughts between the different generations also explain why there is a gap between them. The young now tend to be open-minded about things such as love and marriage. For instance, they can hold hands or kiss before they get married, but the old-fashioned thoughts make the old think that those behaviours can not be expected. Consequently, they do not see eye to eye on almost everything, resulting in a generation gap.
In conclusion, the generation gap is becoming much more popular and severe, but I strongly believe that if we listen to others, we can eliminate the generation gap.

Dương Ngọc Minh
Family forms an essential part of our life. There is the existence of several types of families in the society like Extended family, Nuclear family, single-parent family, etc. And in recent decades, the nuclear family has become increasingly popular. As a result, more and more harm is caused. So what is a nuclear family? Basically, a nuclear family is a family that consists of two generations-parents and children. And between these two generations, there can be many conflicts. First of all, the people who are directly and most seriously affected are children. A family of only two generations will not be able to meet the emotional needs of children. Because parents are too busy with work and social issues. They won't have time to take care of and care for their children. The child deprived of affection will become more and more distant from the family and tend to rebel against the parents. And education is a dilemma for nuclear families. Because parents who do not have elders to teach them will be inexperienced in raising children. This leads to many consequences. From the lack of a common voice in raising children, along with the lack of guidance from the elderly, parents are prone to conflicts, and quarrels, even leading to domestic violence. Divorce is an inevitable result of a dead-end relationship. And the end of a marriage is also the end of the family. Besides the above problems, the loss of traditions and neglected kinship relationships are also notable. In short, any family needs understanding and sharing among its members. Only then can a new family become a solid spiritual support, a true home.

Moreover, Parents dont talk to their children and share their own points of views with the children. They are just too busy with their work and jobs that they dont have time for their family and their children. This is a hot potato but also has some ways to combat the problem. First people should improve communication to increase understanding of each other and reduce generation gap. Besides the elder should keep up with trend, update their thoughts or current issues concerning their children like technology. It helps to build their generation, closer and understand more about others. And the last I think children and parents should both give Rachel other space to increase the respect and value of each person’s thoughts.
