The ancient people showed deep importance and appreciation to animals through painting them in their caves. Just like how the ancient people used art in order to convey their intent for the protection of the wild, we too must be impelled to do the same. We can post digital arts raising awareness on the significance of wildlife conservation. This pandemic is not a hindrance to continue spreading helpful information especially because many people today have been using social media as part of their everyday living. Here, we can use our talents in painting, drawing, or we can even do it through an impromptu speech. There are many ways to help if only we show enough interest on the subject. Upon making the performance task which is making our own sarcophagus, I find it quite difficult at first especially because it is my first time painting digitally but through exploring the application more and knowing more about the subject or theme, it made things a lot easier.

Even though I'm not good at it I will practice it with the help of carvers but I rarely see or know Carvers who are skilled in wood and stone carving. In an easy way, I can use soap for carving, when I was in grade 8, we discussed about carving but not in stone or wood, we used 'perla' soap. The other way to show my care is through painting. Painting is very common to us, we thought that painting is just oil painting, pastel painting, or watercolor painting but we can make it unique like coffee painting and charcoal painting. Wild animals is and will always be a critical resource for us humans. During the prehistoric period, the ancient people drew or painted animals on caves to show their desire in natural abundance and protection of the Wild. They used art to express their appreciation to them. Animals give humans a lot of things for them to survive but recently, humans take these for granted and destroys their habitat and the animals themselves. As a grade 9 student, I can show my care for the Wild by using my skills in art such as painting and drawing. Creatively doing this can attract the eyes of people and it will educate them on how to help the animals today in their own simple ways. Social media is mostly used by today's generation. Because of this, I can use this platform to extend and educate other people on how to take care of the Wild. One of the examples is creating a video about the situation of the animals and uploading it on different social media platforms. I can also write a blog for the people to read it and be aware of what the animals are going through, applying the things I have learned in making artworks using digital art can also help to spread awareness of the situation. I believe that it is not too late to save them so we should be one and act as one in doing so.

This planet consists of living and non-living things, like humans which is us are part of the living things. It is our job to protect, conserve and preserve the animals and the other non-living things that we see because they play an important role to balance our environment for us all to survive. However, with the current issues that is happening all around the world which can be considered as the greatest threats to the survival of wildlife like pollution and climate change, a lot are affected most especially the wild.
The people from the pre-historic period survive because of the resources they get from the wild most especially from the animals in order to survive. They show their appreciation for animals through their art, they draw and painted them which we can see in caves. Some drawings show how they hunt for survival or for various rituals to have a successful hunt. Like them we can also show care and appreciation for the wild most especially now that we have a lot choices and ways on how to protect them with the help of technology.
As a grade 9 student, I can show my care for the wild by using my creativity through art. It may be through different social media platforms, by posting paintings, posters or even slogans that shows the importance of the wild and how it helps us to survive. With this the people who will see my artworks may be more aware of their environment and for them to take action in taking care of the wild. It is never too late to act now and do something to protect our home, our planet, and the wild.
