I want to take a moment to give you a huge thank you. Without your tireless work and constant dedication, our time together on projects would have been half as successful and certainly not as fun. More than three years full of highs, (fewer) lows, and a whole lot of laughter – that’s something special!

I’m truly grateful to have you as a colleague. You're not just a hard worker; you're also an amazing team player. Your positive energy and sense of humor have gotten us through many challenges.

It has been my great pleasure working with you.

Here let me mention one of our memories.

In July 2023, you, Hannes san and Daniela san came to Japan for final contractural negotiation with JXM.

Even though you three came to Japan all the way from Germany, JXM told us that the meeting room at JXM HQ was not available and refused the F2F meeting.

We prepared a fine (expensive) meeting room in Ginza area and invited JXM but they did not come saying that they were busy with meetings and could not make time travelling to the meeting room (only 15min by taxi).

We were really in a strange situation and had the intensive meetings with JXM via Teams.

I remember we all were exhausted at the end of the days.

After fixing all terms and conditions, finally, we had the contract signing ceremony at JXM HQ.

Our efforts paid off by the project resulting in the excellent gross margin.

This is the picture from the ceremony (July 21st, 2023), which looks like a trompe l'oeil Riza-san touching the lower body of JXM management!

I though you are genius to do such a thing intentionally!

It is unfortunate that we are not allowed to press-release this picture and the news.

Let us bring next nonferrous metals project from Japan and try it again.

I've had so much fun collaborating with you, thank you for being such a great coworker and teammate. I'll miss working with you and wish you continued success in your career.
