Level 01 - No AI

In an assignment with this level, using AI is not allowed at all.

Note: If you secretly use an AI tool anyway, you are committing fraud. So do not do this!

Level 02 - Idea / Structure.

In this level, you may use AI to brainstorm, get ideas or create an outline for a report. It can get your thinking process going when you have no inspiration of your own for a while.

To make the assignment, you do not use AI, that is:

Your submitted work should not contain AI.

Note: If you do submit AI content, you are committing fraud. So do not do this!

Level 03 - Editing.

In this level, you may use AI to improve your work. For example, you can have it checked for spelling or grammar. You can also ask for feedback on what you have written. Be careful in this level, that the AI will not edit your text too much. It must remain your work.

AI is not allowed to create new content, only to improve yours.

You should always submit your original work and the AI-improved version.

Note: If you let AI create new content, you are committing fraud. Do not do that!

Level 04 - Supplement

May use AI for parts of your assignment. Your teacher may have indicated where you can and where you cannot. If so, pay close attention to that. Know that AI can also tell nonsense. You have to check if what you hand in is correct! You must also clearly state where you have put AI, that is:

You are responsible for what you submit. So make sure it is correct. Indicate clearly in your assignment or in an attachment for which parts you used AI

Level 05 - Full AI

In this level, it does not matter if you deploy AI. Nor do you have to justify it or indicate where you did it.

Just keep in mind that you are responsible for the work you turn in, so make sure that what you turn in is correct and meets the assignment you were given.

You remain responsible for the quality of your work.
