My biggest challenge is my laziness and the inability to read properly. Words and sentences sometimes make no sense to me, and it's sometimes a problem. The most interesting thing I've learned is probably conditionals.

I think speaking English in English lesson should be mandatory. In JHS we must speak English, no Indonesia allowed. And being honest, it does help us speak and understand English better. Those who rarely seen speak English in daily basis get pushed by their environment to try construct sentences in English. Other than that, I feel like JHS English is more challenging. There are more tenses and grammar studied at JHS.

One interesting thing that i learnt has got to be urbanization. When i read that one passage on Pathways, it really hits me. This whole time I've been thinking that urbanization is a "bad" thing. Concentrated pollution, full of traffic, light pollution, etc. But after that, even me, personally, want to help improve city life. Although im not sure how im going to do it, but one thing for sure is that i want to build a better society for city lifes

Throughout of grade 10, Ive been so lazy. But now, I'm extra lazy. But as things went even better in life, a slight silver lining has given me the motivation to be more active and not lazy again.

To fight my laziness and trying to understand words or sentences that are confusing. The reading is sometimes too too hard so I just couldn't get to understand it :D And I thought I didn't need to study english but I realise I do, my english in term 1 was an epic fail

The first semester made me confident of my english skills, but the second semester humbled me because I am not as careful as I was in the first semester.

The biggest struggle I have currently is the motivation to read longs texts (aka being lazy to read) but it has improved slightly now, because I have learned to enjoy reading 😀

My biggest challenge in the first semester was my ego, i used to think i dont need further education on English class until the first semester humbled me, my grades were painful to watch and overcome. Until i comeback in the second semester, my grades thrive when i started trying.

Me, I'm so lazy at doing English because i think i know enough, I'll try fixing that habit and be more productive, but I think it's fun to be in Austen because we all get to interact with each other for example in a group or discussing something.

A big problem for me is that its hard to understand a passage or a text if i only read it once because im a slow reader. Other than that, i don't think i have any problem that i'm facing.
