I think that the woman might be protesting. She is standing on a car and her posture looks defiant. People are recording her because she is doing such a good job. She might also be a singer because she is dressed really nice. Also people have their phones’ flashlight on, and that is what people do at concerts.

But there is also one evidence that may tell us that it may take place in the US, as there is a person who appears to be an African American on the far right, but probably its just a resident from a Middle Eastern country, as both types of nationalities have dark skin. Lastly, this picture can represent all of the African American women advocates, as both are talking about their rights and equality.
