The purpose of this proposal is to make recommendations regarding aspects of the renovation of the deprived neighbourhoods.

One suggestion would be to use a vacant plot of land to create a park so as to attract more people and create a positive view of the neighborhood and a friendly environment. The park could also include a playground and a picnic area for families. 

Another suggestion would be to create a cycling path near the park and into specific parts of the neighborhood, this way it would be easier for everyone to use their bikes more often and reduce environmental pollution.

As I see it if we manage to carry out some of these suggestions, the deprived neighborhood of today, tomorrow, could be brand new!

The purpose of this proposal is to give ideas about  what kind of improvements could be done to improve deprived neighbourhoods in our town.

One suggestion would be to create parks at unused plots of land and to start a campaign to promote the planting of trees at sidewalks and at centrally places of our town. As a result, our city will become an oasis of green in which people will be always in touch with nature.

Another thing we can do is to create cycling paths and to improve the existing sidewalks so as to make it easy for the residents to move without the use of a car. In that way, the environmental footprint of our town will be significantly reduced resulting in our city being one of the first to take action to tackle the problem of pollution.

Moreover, we can create outdoor basketball courts and other sports facilities to promote a healthier life style for all the people that live in town. As a result, athletes will have a way to exercise and kids will be able to play outside.

To sum up, Ibelieve that if we implement some of the suggestions above, we will be able to turn our town into an example of urban development for all the towns of the world.

Subject: The improvement of the deprived neighborhoods

The aim of this proposal is to submit some ways we can solve the problems relate to the deprived neighborhoods that our town is dealing with. I will also present the benefits that the residents will gain through these proposals.

To begin with, we can create a big park which is going to include many trees, beautiful flowers and a large lake that will cross all around the park. Also, we could bring some harmless animals that could live there, and this action will bring joy and peace to many residents because it will be a recreation area for them.

Secondly, we can create some cycling paths, outdoor basketball, football, volleyball, and tennis courts which will offer the opportunity to many to start exercising. Moreover, it would be necessary to build a community center which contains leisure activities, free classes in art, languages, music, theater, and many others facilities.

Apart from the above, we can set up volunteer programs that will help the homeless people and it would be good to support the families in need. Last but not least, we have to keep our town clean so we can create some cool clean-up machines so we can live a healthy, and full of happiness life.

In conclusion, I am convinced that if some of the above suggestions are implemented things will greatly improve.

Subject:Deprived neighbourhoods

The purpose of this report is to present and suggest ways to improve the deprived neighbourhoods of our town .As a volunteer and resident I have the responsibility to take action against poverty and deprivation and I hope you will be a part of it.

First of all, the problem of rubbish has a big impact on the people of the neighbourhood. One way to solve the problem is to increase the number of recycling bins and set up street clean up groups. In this way, residents will be more careful.

Secondly, the problem of poverty causes many difficulties in the households. One suggestion would be to set up volunteer programmes as support for families in need and homeless shelters. Consequently, people will be safe and healthy.

Finally, due to high rates of crime, a good idea would be to build parks, playgrounds, picnic areas, sports facilities (skateboard rink, etc.) and of course a community centre. As a result, neighbourhood will be crowded and lively. 

I believe that the course of action proposed above will greatly help you understand the situation and take the needed decisions.

Subject:  Possible improvements to run-down areas

Purpose 

 The purpose of this proposal is to make recommendations to improve and develop our town. Beginning from our area, we should focus on the main issue that concerns and worries us. That is, the many homeless people that live on the street and are wandering about.

My concern 

 One suggestion would be to inform sensitive citizens who have not taken this problem seriously and make them realise how important it is. Because, personally, I believe that these people cannot live in this way anymore and they don’t deserve to. 

Group activities

 It would be a great idea, if we started taking care of the homeless, to start from giving them some warm and comfortable clothes because[ΣΤ1] in this way they will feel better and nicely. We could also offer them other things to cover their needs.  The city council should provide various meals and organize a breadline, in which we will bring our foods and desserts. Here, the homeless can gather and eat their meal at rest.

 Moreover, we can build a shelter, even though it is difficult enough to make this happen. Alternatively, the town council could turn some of the abandoned buildings that exist in our town into homeless shelters by restoring them and making them suitable for living. In this way, people without a home will be offered a better place and more humanity. It is very important to be somewhere safe, with a bed and to have all your primary needs covered. After that we can give them some work to do, so that they can start covering their needs on their own and have a relatively good income. This will slowly help them integrate into society and live as they should.

Subject: Improving run-down areas

  The purpose of this proposal is to lay out a few different ways to help improve life in our town's degraded areas. Some of these suggestions are more costly than others, while some will only show results after a significant period of time.

  Regarding the rapid increase in homelessness over the past few years and since more and more people end up living in the streets, I suggest special housing facilities be created for those in need. This will not only better the lives of dozens of people, but it will also make it easier for them to go searching for a job or the necessary qualifications and eventually be embodied into the community.

   Concerning the age-old carbon dioxide emission problem, I propose that we incorporate more biking lanes and perhaps a pedestrian zone. By doing so, there will be a significant drop in CO² emissions, as well as other harmful gasses, and residents will be offered a chance to lead a healthier lifestyle and to cut down on fuel expenses. 

  In regard to our dying local businesses, a few measures could be taken. The simplest of them being upgrading the looks of our streets by putting up more litter bins and planting a few trees. This way people will go out more and therefore they will be using our town's services more often.

   To sum up, our town’s run-down areas can thrive if we care to improve and work on some things, like the littering of the streets, the air pollution and homelessness.

Subject: Ways to improve the deprived neighborhoods in our town.

The aim purpose of this proposal is to suggest some ways Ι thought, which can improve the deprived neighborhoods in our town. Here are some of my suggestions for what kind of improvements could be implemented in each area and the benefits for the residents in it.

Well, my idea is to create a community where people live longer, healthier, happier lives. To achieve this, more bike lanes could be built and walking paths not only in the city center but also in other areas. Furthermore, it would be extremely helpful to organize festivals on some days a year, aimed at entertaining citizens but also in which food[ΣΤ1] will be offered to the needy and money will be raised to upgrade our parks.

It would be my pleasure if you take my ideas seriously and why not, help them materialize.

Subject : Community service for homeless people

   The purpose of this proposal is to suggest ways to help deal with the problem of homelessness. 

    What should be done first is to create volunteer groups to cook and serve food at soup kitchens, so that homeless people can feel full too. It is also crucial to build shelters for homeless people. Furthermore, it would be a good idea to set up retraining programmes for homeless people, in order to hire them to work for the community. Doing this would give them the ability to do a job that can give them a main source of income. It would also be a good idea to create lists for donations of all kinds for these people. Moreover, it is important to engage doctors and psychologists for homeless people, so that their mental and psychological health is taken care of.

  All in all, I believe that if these suggestions are actualized, the problem of homeless people can be solved and furthermore, they will be able to live a normal life like the rest of us

Subject: Ways to improve deprived neighbourhoods

The aim of this report is to present some simple and effective ways to improve deprived neighbourhoods of our town. I think that we should consider them carefully because they will be helpful and transform our city. 

First of all, these areas are not the perfect place to live in because there are many cars and no green. That's why we should make good use of the unkempt patches of untended land around the streets by filling them with plants and flowers. This is a great community event where kids and adults alike can contribute. 

In addition, a prevailing problem is that many families are in need. They do not have the financial comfort to maintain their home and children and this means that they are deprived of basic necessities. I believe we should help them as a community by offering them homemade food, clothes and toys. Also, a great idea is to set up some spots with books (like small libraries), where people can borrow them and get educated.

Lastly, another issue that exists in these neighbourhoods is that there is a lack of vibrancy and spirit. The kids do not go out to play because of criminality. For this reason, there should be local police for community safety. Moreover, the creation of playgrounds, fields and entertainment centers will protect young people because they will no longer frequent the streets.

To sum up, if we include some of the suggestions above, our town will be the best place to live in. As a result, the problems will be eliminated and the locals will love to be part of this city. 

 The purpose of this report is to present some solutions regarding the increase in homeless people in our city. I believe that as a community we should protect these individuals instead of leaving them to their fate.

To begin with, many homeless people do not have access to healthcare and they go many years without seeing a doctor. This is why it would be good to build health centers, in order to protect them from viruses and colds. Moreover, they lack basic necessities such as food and clothing. For this reason, citizens can donate things they do not use anymore, such as blankets, and clothes, but also they can make homemade food. 

In addition, most of them live on the streets, so it would be helpful to create shelters where these people can sleep. The municipality can hire these citizens as workers, and support them financially so they can make a new beginning. Lastly, many homeless children do not have access to basic education or even learning resources, hence, individuals who can volunteer to teach these kids can make a meaningful difference in society. 

To conclude, homeless people are a part of society and they are also the weakest links. Hence, in order to help improve our society, we need to help the needy. Doing all the above will at least enable them to have a near-normal life.
