Having closer relationships with some people more than others.
- Also depending on the type of disease they have and how it effects them physically, mentally, and emotionally. Including the effects on the loved ones surrounding them.

I would have to be in that state of no further purpose of life and if that's really how I want to live and if that's how I want to affect my loved ones. I feel I would choose it for myself more than I would for another loved one. There is something about yourself dying rather than a loved one. I don't want to consume their lives and have them be worried about me all the time and not live like they should, but I really don't know what I would choose.
