This song was created and sung by Michael Jackson.

When I was a junior high school student, my English teacher introduced it in the class.
She said this is her most favorite song, so she wanted students to listen to the song.

My favorite point is slow and gentle sound, and lyrics. 
When I listened to this song first, I was so impressed by the straight lyrics: "Make it a better place for you and for me and the entire human race".
I guess this song is a message to contemporary people from Michael hopes the peace in the world.

There are many kinds of issues in the world.
For example, conflicts, environmental problems infringement of rights...

I don't think only love or kindness save the world, but those are needed for happy lives for people.
For the future, for new generations, we  should stop and consider the attitude we are.

It was written as a short story by Daniel Keyes and first published in April 1959.
After that, the story won Hugo Award for Best Short Story in 1960, and was republished as a novel in 1966.

The main character is "Charly" : He was born with intellectual disabillity.
However, he wanted to be clever, so he had the newest surgery to overcome his disability.

This is written like a diary by Charly.
So readers can see his feelings and thoughts directly through his sensation.
This is my favorite point.

After the surgery, Charly became clever, and gradually he gets to understand what he hadn't  ever.
However, little by little, he realizes the shocking reality...

I was impacted by the gap between Charly's pureness and painful reality that gradually unfolded.
What makes human happy?
What is needed to be human ?
It is a book that made me think about humanity.

They care about their body shapes, a scar, and eating disorder, so they are not confident in their bodies.

In this video, Achley Graham teaches them posing, walking, and ways to show themselves attractively.
And finally, they are gradually confident in their body and themselves through this shoot.

This video give me courage whatever my body shape I should love myself.
Everyone wants to show oneself attractive.
I think it is good to effort toward own  objective or ideal,  not for someone, but for oneself, to love oneself.
It is not good to bind oneself by other person's values.
It is meaningless if you can't love yourself.
