Our school; It is the first educational institution in Karacabey.The school building, which was built in 1926, was opened on the Republic Day of the same year.Since it is the only school in the district center, it was named MERKEZ PRIMARY SCHOOL until 1962.When the number of schools in the district increased to 3 in 1962, a new name had to be given to our school. Considering that it was the first school opened in the Republican era, it was named CUMHURIYET PRIMARY SCHOOL.The construction of an additional building with 12 classrooms was included in the program in order to meet the need for a private teaching institution that emerged with the transformation of our school into a primary school. It was opened for education in the 1994-95 academic year. It was demolished in March 2020.Our school students continue their education at Adnan Menderes Secondary School in the afternoon.

I am Rahime OĞUZ. I work at Karacabey Cumhuriyet Primary School. I am a classroom teacher who celebrates the 23rd year of his profession with excitement as if it were the first year, and finds the excitement in the eyes of my students. In this project, under the leadership of my teacher Seniye, it will be very nice to make new discoveries with my colleagues and students. we say "PLAY! FUN! LEARN!" with my inner child and students.

Okulumuz; Karacabey´de hizmete giren ilk eğitim-öğretim müessesesidir. 1926 yılında inşa edilen okul binası , aynı yılın Cumhuriyet bayramında açılmıstır. İlçe merkezinde tek okul olması sebebiyle 1962 yılına kadar MERKEZ ILKOKULU ismini taşımıstır. 1962 yılında ilçede okul sayısı 3´e çıkınca okulumuza yeni bir isim verilmesi gerekmiştir . Cumhuriyet döneminde açılan ilk okul olduğu dikkate alınarak CUMHURIYET İLKOKULU ismi verilmiştir.
