It was just all so weird to him because he had been considered a not very smart kid at his old school so to get a scholarship to a prep school was great for him.

Wonder is about a little boy going to school for the first time after being homeschooled his whole life. He goes to school and he is bullied the first day of school because he was born with a deformed face. He was all alone until Jack Will and Summer cam along and became his best friends! At the end of the year he had so many friends and couldn't wait for the next school year to start!

The theme of the book is to never fit in when you were born to stand out because god made you who you are for a reason. He wanted you to stick out from the crowd and be your own unique self. (I like to call my style a Jurnique style)!

In my opinion, Wonder is the best book that I've ever read because I don't like reading. My parents finally just told me this summer that they would start paying me to read if I read a book and wrote an essay on it. That still didn't do anything! But, I couldn't put this book down! The words that the author uses are just amazing and I can't really find words on how amazing this book is! I defiantly recommend this book!
