1.) I would try to work out a peaceful agreement. I say this because I don’t like causing conflict. I also say this because I don’t think being violent is the right way to live. 
2) I say someone who fights against me. I think this is worse because you may have your own opinion on something but that opinion might not always be true so it’s good to listen to other peoples thoughts 
3.) The different between Patriot and a loyalist is that when you’re a patriot is someone who fights for their country and a loyalist is someone who remains loyal to one thing.

1. I would have work out a peaceful agreement. I would try to make a deal so i wouldn't have to fight at first. I would try to see how they can convince me before  I make my decision.
2. In my opinion someone who fights against me. I say this because with the person who doesn't choose a side at least they are choosing to stay away from the issue and not try to make the other person feel a way. With someone who fights against me they are trying to provoke me.
3. A patriot is prepared to defend their country against enemies 
A loyalist remains loyal to one govern.
