I'd like to see OIT/the provost (assuming the provost is leaning towards the academic side of a provost role and not necessarily operations/personnel management) direct this with the entire College and discuss a comprehensive plan of how this will be addressed/identified and then steps/resources to take to deal with the situation. 

This situation is only going to grow. I'd like to see us discussing mitigation efforts AND ways that this can be beneficial. 

As the leaders for online learning at the College, I'd love to see us come up with recommendations, practices, etc. that are endorsed by leadership to handle these types of tools in learning. 

I also believe that we need to educate and empower faculty. In this instance I believe that a lack of understanding and knowledge is what is contributing to fear of the tool or negativity.
