SMAA forms one of the teams within the Student Services department of the Directorate of Student Journey (also see departmental structure chart attached). The SMAA team consists of 1 Manager and a small team of experienced advisers (5 FTE – 1 of whom is on limited period contracts ending November 2019 and who specialise in assisting care-leavers and event delivery). There are no volunteer staff.

On student accommodation matters SMAA also works with the International Office, study abroad and Marketing; external Hall providers/landlords/agents.
