He speaks on the outcomes from social media on us. He believes that we view ourselves as the consumer  of social media websites such as Facebook but in reality we are the product as we "broadcast ourselves" all over the media. He then goes on and talks about social media  disturbing  and destroying our privacy though the use of images we share online which he believes are " pointless and silly" . According to Keen we must know where to draw the line between the social world and reality.

He shares another point of view that social media is making younger generations aggressive die to content we see online and we mimic. he refers back to the London Roits to say that the acts creates by humans are a way we express the internet.

Theorist Turkel; Discusses in her 2014, Alone together book, highlights the pernicious effect of our "always on" culture and draws attention to the fake connections that we have on social media. Such as having hundreds or even thousands of followers on social medias such as Facebook.But maintaining these mediated connections comes at the cost our real world identities 

Theoriest; Cass Sunstein
This theorist discusses the negative effects of the webs capacity  to personalise our world; online choices that reflect our personal, political or ideological biases. This also excludes ideas that may challenge those views. 
 Early Utopians were quick  to see the benefit of the internet as a tool for providing tailored content that is bespoke to our needs. 
Alan Martin - 
He suggests that  web2.0 concentrates our prejudices and intolerances.
