Not sure if it’s meaningful to ask about the melody. Is the intent to change the melody? 

Eg questions 1 and 2 can be changed into the Likert scale
On a scale if 1 to 5 
1. The lyrics of the national anthem is meaningful to me. 
2. I feel proud to hear/sing the national anthem as a Singaporean 

Question 3  - suggest to rephrase this if it’s meant to be a survey question. Not sure what the team is intending to do with the results.
