While you may be "by-the-book", I came to appreciate the quiet yet consistent support you gave. From sharing MINDEF's practices to help me transition from the corporate sector, to supporting my involvement in various opportunities like the Navy Event and SCF.

One moment that stayed with me was when you said, “This is your first MINDEF presentation right? Want to go through it together?” then spent the entire day prepping with me?! I later heard you didn’t even have much time for your other discussions that day. You anticipated, helped, and we delivered.

You told me you wanted to be a Radical Candor, delivering honest and direct feedback with care. I think you’ve lived up to that.

You've been a rock for MAGB, driving it's transformation even as an officer and more so as an ever-so-reliable team lead. I count it a blessing to have worked with someone with such an incredible work ethic, who remains humble and steady no matter the situation, and who shows practical care for his colleagues. It has been fun getting to know you ! I think you are a true Logistician (I mean your personality type), honest, responsible,direct and disciplined, though not too stubborn-- you know your mind, but remain flexible and willing to change.

I've enjoyed our conversations, whether on work, life, or leadership. Do take care of yourself more on your study break-- you deserve it! Will miss having you in FGD!
