1. Work in tandem with the S.I.P. committee, to  align building goals building goals with the necessary professional development and implementation.
2. Promote a culture of innovation at Liberty Oaks, encouraging each staff member to achieve building goals (such as the improvement of M.A.P. scores) in new and creative ways.
3. Keep technology use at the forefront by sharing the latest apps  and systems, for use in accomplishing building goals.  Technology is not just the future, it is the present!
My responsibilities will include acting as a liaison between S.I.P./Technology and Innovation/My Team

2.  Research teaching and learning strategies that would aid our students learning. Share those strategies with our Liberty Oaks team.
3. Share with our staff any latest technology resources that are available to us and can be used to benefit student learning.

My responsibility is to stay on top of new teaching and learning strategies and share with the Innovation team. I will also pass on what I learn to my Kindergarten team so they in turn can benefit from the strategies and information.
