This all has to do with the amount of calories consumed and the types of foods being eaten. When you sleep, your body takes a lot longer to digest foods. With this being said, if you eat healthier foods, they will take less time to digest which will lead to a lot more sleep. When your body has foods that are healthy and easier to digest, your body has a better time releasing the chemicals your body needs to sleep.

Don't get me wrong, taking a diet pill can be very helpful, but ONLY if you are eating healthy and getting exercise. If you aren't, your body won't retain the GOOD fats your body needs. As we have learned before, diet pills prevent you from absorbing fats. So, without healthy eating and exercise, your body won't be getting what it needs which can lead to some serious health issues.
