Everyone gets stressed sometimes and some people just manage it better, some people can't manage it at all. Its about the mindset and i think everyone needs to find themselfs how to manage it. Its actually so freeing when you stress over something, you try to tell yourself "It won’t matter in a few weeks" but you can’t really belive it at that moment and then, after a few weeks or even days, you realise that it actually don't matter anymore. Well-being and stress management are both all about your mindset and what you belive in or not. I’m a very positive person and u handle stress very well too. I don't even really care what others say, until it's constructive criticism. But i wasn’t always like that. I was a very insecure and stressed kid, but I changed so much because i worked on the positive mindset alot and i changed the people around me as well.  Your circle of people is cery important. When you think about the people you surround yourself with, do you get inspired by them? Do they drag you down?</p>]]></description>
