I find this website very useful when travelling because it has direct links to the Bank of Canada's currency converter website which has the current exchange rates. It also explains why using your credit card instead of cash you can have lower exchange rate fees. But be careful not to withdrawal from a ATM with your credit card because the fees and interest are usually very high.
