Vision: Arjun is very emotionally intelligent in terms of focusing on acknowledging his feelings, prioritizing empathy. I am inspired by his open mindedness and desire to find "warmth" in life.

Looking back: It was inspiring to hear your story of how you had to step up and be responsible for your younger brother and how that has translated you into being steady, guarded and not letting the highs and lows of life effect you too much. I could relate to wanting to carve out your own path and career and respect you for pursuing engineering even when it required transferring out. You come across as an independent thinker with a strong sense of purpose. I think your desire to impact your community/society based on an impactful incident shows that you listen to yourself and have a strong inner voice.

Vision: Your vision board was true to character, you came across as being genuine, calm and collected. It was clear that you prioritized well-being, travel, family and friends which was not a surprise at all. It was interesting to see the artistic/creative side in you during the vision exercise.

Arjun is warm and inviting right when you first talk with him, but you can’t see the level of determination and time that goes on in the background until you get to know him. From running to recruiting, Arjun puts in the dedicated time, staying calm under pressure, and ultimately tweaks the recipe to make it his own, forging his own path.

Looking Back: You are very family-focused. You are incredibly driven, taking after your father who spent every other week in India. You are so admirable for becoming the father figure. You chart your own path, and it’s amazing to see.

Vision:Focused on family, loves AI—clearly thinks like a tech person, so smart. I sense a fear of failure because you were scared to be specific in your vision, but I KNOW you will achieve whatever you put your mind to.

Other impressions: You have a calm, self-sufficient energy that really stands out, paired with a genuine and patient approach to everything you do. What I’ve appreciated most is how straightforward and authentic you are. It’s clear you bring a sense of clarity and focus to challenges, which is both inspiring and grounding.

Looking back: I could see that you put yourself in the role of a 'provider' and that you are very strong. It was very moving to hear your story of how you had grow up quickly emotionally to be there for your family. It must have been very tough as a child to suppress your own self to be there for others. I have so much respect for you to have gone through that experience and becoming the confident, self-reliant person you are today.

From your experience, the maturity and self-awareness that you would have gained is very visible in your personality. You are very genuine person, with so much depth.

Future: I really loved and enjoyed your use of AI. It was really cool. And I was inspired by the fact, that you seem like someone who would take the effort of doing whatever you do, in the best possible way. One thing that stood out for me, is how you mentioned that you set high goals for your team. It was very unique than everybody else, and a good awareness of the type of leader you want to be - someone who is not afraid to push people to be the best they can be.

Another thing is, you always surprise me. Through the course, there have been so many times, when listening to your insights have always been a "wow, I didn't think of it that way" moment for me. You are very smart and very perceptive.
