During the school-work alternation, it's a trainship, Mr. Naletto taught us to print in 3D, I printed several towers that represent Marceddì's tower, the process was quite long because, once the file was available, it had to be processed in another program , the time to print it has been relatively little if the dimensions are small, the more you increase the size, the more time you put into it.
The printer heats a nozzle where the PLA is melted and slowly comes out, to print the tower, it took 48 minutes for 3 cm.

in this photo we have just finished the 3d printing of the Marceddi Tower, and thanks to our collaboration, all the 3 graphics have done a beautiful job and we have all worked together
without any quarrel but always with a smile

T LAB is a work school experience project to bring students closer to the world of 3D printing. The students of 3^A Grafica with the students of 3^B Grafica with the tutor Maurizio Naletto crate a facebook page and istagram profile where they publish their 3d creations.

The process that takes place behind a print is quite long, the sooner a 3D model is created, the class have 2 scanners aviable to capture the image; the next step is to import the print file in to the sd card wich will then be inserted in to 3D printer.

When the print as started the PLA (the material used) slowly comes out from the nozzle. For print a 3X3 cm cube it takes aout 40 minutes.

When the print is over the students remove the print from the printing plate with a spatula.

During the school-work alternation, we made a 3D model. This shoe is made in the 3D printer prusa in about an hour.
In this photo the focal point is the shoe and the principal color is the orange.

WE HAVE CREATED THIS WRITING MADE WITH THE PHILADELPHIA CHEESE
WE HAVE DONE IT AT SCHOOL DURING SCHOOL ALTERNATION WITH AN EXPERT IN 3D PRINTERS.
TO CREATE THE "TLAB" WRITING WE HAVE USED 15 MINUTES TO COMPLETE IT.
IN THE MEANWHILE THE COMPLETED WRITING HAS BEEN MADE TO SEE SMALL SAMPLES ALWAYS MADE WITH DIFFERENT FOODS, FOR EXAMPLE THE POTATO AND CHOCOLATE.

We built the marceddì tower with the 3d printer during school-work alternation with Maurizio Naletto.
For the construction of the tower the printer took 45 minutes, and we did the video in slow motion because doing so you could see the steps.
