The direct scarf inspo of Nathalie Du Pasquier is pretty nice. Not so much in the context of the theme and mood, but you should look into the design movement called Memphis Group in 80s. Basically most designs you have here are coming from that alley.
 Keep working on this and also start sketching your own motifs and designs as well.
