This clip displays a predominantly male band and cast with a huge audience from 1998. This means they are consistently gaining in large crowds. So when discovering this i found many have followed them and other artists from the magazine around for over 40 years! I knew my audience was set to be predominantly 40+ and mainly male. I began editing a classic style filter, manipulating the image to look vintage and original from the early 60s. This photo was used to attract my audience as i was focusing on older men who have always followed rock music. The articles shown here display that the audience is attracted with old favourite artists. However i made this mainly based on current issues and stories of these artists today. Therefore the vintage style is there, with a current and fresh update on these artists. However i also used fresh articles from the time that are exclusive for this magazine.
