Explain: When I place the toy in water, chemical potential energy from my hands converts into electrical energy as water closes the circuit in the toy and turns it on. The electrical potential energy converts into kinetic energy when the toy starts moving. There are sensors at both sides of the toy that senses when it is in water and turns the toy on. The tail of the fish flaps randomly which enables it to move in water.
