After the rabbits die due to their lack of food, the foxes would die as well because when the rabbits die, there would be a decrease in the number of food the foxes feed on which causes the foxes to starve and die like how the rabbits died due to the lack of plants.

If there were still some rabbits left to breed, the rabbits would still die as they have no food.
