In my final skills assessment, it is seen that I exceed my skills expectations at 69% and meet my skills expectations at 26%. This suggests that I am more confident and have shown a considerable development of my skills and expertise. 

A surprising aspect of this assessment is that before my internship I stated that there is nothing I did not feel confident about. However, after my internship, I am still not confident in some skills such as interpersonal skills or resilience. This suggests that due to intensive first-hand experience and practical knowledge during my internship, I became familiar with various skills at my workplace which helped me to determine my strengths, confidence, and limitations. This also proves that I still need to work hard and develop many skills in order to become an efficient healthcare leader.

You have been coordinating your team, managing meetings and communicating very well. I truly appreciate your commitments even though you were busy externally.
