         <description><![CDATA[<div>Why teen stress is such a big issue, and measures that can be taken to solve it in order for it to improve the mental health of teenagers. <br>- teens should be able to express themselves openly on social media without feeling that they are being judged or looked down upon <br>- they can use DM, Whatsapp or Snapchat (or any other form of messaging online) in order to connect with people from all around the world, and build relationships. This is usually seen as superficial and toxic, in some cases but if done in the right way, it can benefit the person going through a problem and actually get him/her through a difficult time. <br><br><strong>2nd (wastage of paper): </strong>How the overuse of paper is leading to further deforestation, and steps that can be taken in order to reduce the amount of paper being wasted in OIS.  <br>- students should be made to take notes on their laptop<br>- students should have a limit to how many sheets of paper they can use per day (especially in math because it's hard to show working on a device)<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
