         <description><![CDATA[<div>Article 1, Section 2, Clause 2<br>No person shall be a representative under the age of 25 years and must be a citizen of the U.S. for 7 years and must also live in the state in which he was chosen. <br>Article 1, Section 3, Clause 3</div><div>Senators have to be 30 years of age, must be a citizen for 9 years, and must live in the state in which he was chosen. </div><div>Article 1, Section 5, Clause 4<br>Neither house during session can adjourn for more than 3 days. </div><div>Article 1 Section 9, Clause 1-8</div><div>Migration or Importation may tax people not exceeding $10 per person, habeas corpus shall not be suspended unless in cases of rebellion or national security, no tax shall be laid unless under certain circumstances, no or duty shall be laid on articles exported from any state, no preference shall be given by any regulation of commerce or revenue to the ports of one state, no money shall be drawn from the treasury, no title of nobility shall be granted by the U.S., no person shall receive present ot title of any kind from any king, prince of foreign state. <br>Article 1, Section 10, Clause 1-3<br>No state shall enter a treaty, alliance or confederation, grant letter, coin money, pass any laws, or grant title. without consent of Congress, no state shall lay taxes or duties on ports, and laws are subject to change by Congress.
