The script was very confusing. It was stressful to not get it until the morning of.
2. We should’ve spent training time learning how to assist students in logging in.
3. We need testing locations WAY sooner.
4. Teachers lost their planning time because of a major lack of preparation. I had one restroom break all day. Unacceptable.
5. The testing room was a disaster and everyone was stressed out when I picked up my bin. That was a sign of the chaos to come.
6. Let’s not use this padlet as a way to make excuses for the issues. Let’s just fix it.
7. Teachers shouldn’t have had to proctor 2 tests in one day.
8. Students shouldn’t have had to take 2 tests in one day.
9. The hallways were EXTREMELY noisy. This test was not taken seriously.
10. We are only as good as our test admin.

Students are the 1st priority, PERIOD, no matter what additional conditions or challenges may arise. And I feel like our kids were failed today! In-person kids who took the wrong test = FAIL! Remote kids who couldn't get timely, accurate information from our campus = FAIL. From the extremely vague trainings to the lack of preparation. Hall monitors were clearly not trained at all - many were talking so loudly that students and I could hear their entire conversations in the room. Not to mention their cell phone usage. No one was available to bring chromebooks, delaying my start since I cannot leave test materials. Teachers and students were forced to remain in class longer than they should have because of this lack of preparation. This was not good in any way at all. Crockett does not test this way. We practice like we play. We do not put teacher license on the line like this.
