I think the audiolingual method is the one I use the most, and it is also involved with technology because when you use AI or chatbots, you are working on habit formation, repetition, and reinforcement.

I have used audiolingual method and extensive reading method too, because students have diferent skils. Nowadays I think students like and practice the audiolingual method when we work with music and then with lyrics. For me those methos are very good and function well with the technology today.

I have used the direct method. Using pictures for teaching vocabulary and making physical flashcards. Now, we have online platforms like Quizlet for flashcards and Duolingo for interactive learning with real-time feedback.

I think that the technology better all traditional teacing methods, making language learning more engaging, personalized, and immersive. Educators can leverage AI, VR, interactive tools, and adaptive learning platforms to improve student outcomes while maintaining the human element of teaching. It's always important take advantage of opportunities and improve.

In my experience as an English teacher, I have used Grammar translation method, Direct method and reading method. I have not used Audiolingual because in my case, it is not easy for my student the use of the target language all the time. In my opinion production is the hardest part of the language. However, that is my goal for the future.

About the technology and the different traditional methods, it is a huge difference in the way that nowadays students can use Apps, E-books and interact with chatbots.

Actually Im not working as a teacher, but when I did my pre-professional internship I found it very difficult to get the students' attention. In other words, I didn't have the technique to teach, I didn't have the charisma and I didn't know what specific materials to use to teach. But my mother is a teacher and I usually ask her what to do, what to say, how to answer certain questions from the students, how to introduce the class topic, what activities to do during class and what feedback activities I can use. I have also researched on the Internet, I have watched videos, it has been very difficult for me to prepare for a class, but nothing is impossible.

In my experience, I can identify a difficulty when shifting from traditional ELF to more communication approach. It is the correct manage of the time. We as teachers must develop an appropriate level of confidence, vocabulary an prepare meaningful activities according to the group of learners we have before go over more communicative practices. It is possible to find a valance between accuracy and fluency, the teacher must be good prepared and organized. He/she should divide the lessons in different environments in which students would be able to develop accuracy and fluency at the same time.

The principal problems that identify in the learning and teaching are shock (cultural) and limited resources (lack of technology)

We must identify needs and apply tools, methods, strategys dinamic like ROLE PLAY IN THE REAL LIFE SITUATION, DINAMICS GAMES, MAGAZINES, NEWS, MOVIES, MUSIC, where the students feel sure learning the new language.

First, it is important to mention that communication is fundamental for speaking English. That is why I generally use the audiolingual method, for effective communication in the classroom. I usually use technology in my classes I include videos, dynamics, songs, evaluations and online games in different platforms (live worksheets, wordwall, kahoot, etc) in which my students can participate actively. Each student gains confidence through practicing fluency and repetition of common structures, which they can apply daily while also learning new ones each day, they can improve their English skills with technology included in this method . Moreover, pronunciation improves, as well as their ability to analyze and think in a faster and more effective way, allowing them to speak without fear and communicate better. At the same time, I believe this approach leads to better proficiency in reading and writing, since during listening and speaking activities, the teacher can immediately correct mistakes. I enjoy conducting activities with a focus on this method with my students because I have noticed that it also captures their attention, keeps them active, and helps them develop critical thinking, depending on the activities and assessments I provide them.

I think I have used behaviorism to learn and teach English, and I believe this method has evolved with AI. Nowadays, this technology is part of our environment, and we use it almost every day. We can try to speak and interact with AI, learn from it, and even ask for better ways to teach and engage with students, making the learning process more personalized and objective. If we use technology with the purpose of learning and teaching, we can do a good job by using it as an assistant in our lives and environment.
