In science, I have learnt various topics in Physics, Biology and Chemistry which include; changes in energy stores, conservation of energy, development of the periodic table, and many more. The progress I have made since august has improved as my knowledge of physics and some biology topics weren't really fresh in my brain. I feel 7/10 confident in this subject as I can revise more on the topics. My current grade is 4-4and my anticipated grade is 4-4

Math

In math, I have learnt about different topics in algebra, graphs, significant figures and others. The progress I have made since august has slightly improved as I did not understand some topics as well in august. I feel 6/10 confident in the subject as I feel like I can revise more. My current grade is 5- and my anticipated grade is 5+

This term I have accumulated 27 positive house points and 2 negative points.

Most of the positives were because I was hard working. Next term I would like to set myself to get at least 50-65 points.

English

In English, I have learnt quite a number of texts such as; An Inspector Calls, A game of polo, Young and Dyslexic etc. These have helped me improve my annotation skills as we have to analyse and annotate a lot. My current grade is 3 for lang and 3+ for literature. my anticipated grade is 4 for language and 5 for literature

Music

In music we have learnt and analysed the piece "Defying Gravity" from the musical Wicked. We have just started on the Star Wars theme song. We have also learned various theory topics like, cadences, major scales, minor scales, music structure etc. My current grade is 4 and my anticipated grade is 5

BTEC Creative Media

In BTEC Creative Media we have started one of our units, which is unit 7 - photogrpahy. In this unit, we explore photography in digital media product, plan and take photographs for a digital media product, and edit photographs for a digital media product. My current grade is MM and my anticipated grade is DM

GCSE Media

This term in GCSE Media, so far we have looked into different UK magazines and how they are represented, including Heat and Tatler. At the start of the year/term we looked into various camera anglrs/shots and produced a 30 sec-1 min short horror movie including these shots. We have just started to look into advertisements. My current grade is 5 and my anticipated grade is 6
