The federal government can't make that choice for all the states because it creates conflict with the Constitution. But the federal government can make decisions on how much marijuana is distributed to each person and state so that each individual can consume responsibly.]]> 2018-02-06 15:20:15 UTC https://padlet.com/janette9999123/federalismp3/wish/228646827 janette9999123 https://padlet.com/janette9999123/federalismp3/wish/228647467 I believe that marijuana should be legalized in all states to be used for medical and recreational purposes.  Not only the drug is used as a depressant it aids with medical and emotional conditions.  The drugs is used to treat and alleviate the symptoms of  medical conditions such as autism, ADHD, glucoma, alzheimers, M.S and arthritis.   The drug is also a safer alternative to more dangerous drugs and alcohol, hepls with the healing process of bones, helps with anxiety and other mental issue, such as PTSD.
