         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>Feeling comfortable to communicate about problems before they get bigger</p></li><li><p>Many large conflicts start from not being able to communicate well</p></li><li><p>Constructive can mean avoiding conflict, like with annoying neighbours - thank them for their kindness instead</p></li><li><p>Sometimes we need to talk about important issues, debating like “verbal football” - enjoyable?</p></li><li><p>Before serious topics, we need to warm up - regular communication helps us to get to know each other and establish a base for constructive debate</p></li></ul>]]></description>

Even when we use the same words or language, it depends on the person - if they have a different sense of the words, it could be hard to understand each other;</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>More self-disclosure when speaking in English - to learn to be ourselves in another culture is really important because that is what we can contribute - hearing other people helps us reflect on ourselves</p></li><li><p>We need to try to talk in the culture the language belongs to, to navigate rationally, and emotionally what is needed to get along</p></li><li><p>Hard to find vocabulary to talk about emotions in foreign languages, need more practice in explaining emotional states</p></li><li><p>When you speak other languages, sometimes magic happens. Your native language is so familiar, but speaking another language changes your character and your approach, you open your heart sometimes - or the opposite connecting with your language when feeling isolated or lonely.</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>Urbanization and changes in culture mean less connection with neighbours, which results in fewer changes to learn to get along.</p></li><li><p>Cultures and getting along can change over time - used to be that working together was enough, but now deliberately connecting through “small talk” is important to build relationships</p></li><li><p>There is a time to let it go. We can't always get along with everyone </p></li><li><p>As time goes on, after we grow up or someone passes away, we start to rethink the relationship - time heals our wounds and helps us to have the other’s perspective</p></li><li><p>Getting to know deeper about a person and their situation and context is very helpful to getting along, recollecting the stories</p></li></ul>]]></description>
