My favourite book is for one more day by Mitch albom. The main character,  Chick benneto goes through a bizzare experience that exposes family secrets and secrets about life. For one more day is a story about family and truly, at it's core,  it reminds us about the importance of our parents and how little time we have with them. It's a story of a beautiful, innocent young man's seduction, moral corruption, and eventual downfall. Basil obsesses over Dorian after he finishes the portrait which is now hung in Dorians house. In the end, the portrait of Dorian, as beautiful as ever, hangs on the wall, and a mysterious, grotesquely hideous dead man is lying on the floor with a knife in his heart. How it happened and what was in between?
