So I'm going to be talking about some of the sports that come in spring and maybe you"ll want to play one of these sports. Some of these sports require running and others not, so lets start our list 

For running you've got baseball, football, softball,track and field, soccer, rugby, and lacrosse. Some sports that don't require much running are tennis and volleyball. Now many people may know these sports but many don't want to try out for them, like track for instance. people know there is running in track but what many people don't know is that track also offers fielding events like long jump or shot put.

  For the first hour of the speech, Trump talked about nothing but domestic policy,  Tax cuts, The economy, Trade, Regulatory reform, and immigration.
That night he asked democrats to help by overhauling immigration policies and in rebuilding the nation’s infrastructure. He said he would bring Republicans and Democrats together around a $1.5 trillion infrastructure plan to 
“Give us the safe, fast, reliable and modern infrastructure our economy needs and our people deserve.” 
 Democrats in the chamber spent much of the speech refraining from applause, scowling at his boasts, and at one point hissing in disapproval at his proposal for restricting the number of family members immigrants can bring to the United States. 
Some of the things that Mr. President thought was  major   successes were. Job growth, Neil M. Gorsuch going into the Supreme Court, the rollback of regulations, a $1.5 trillion tax cut, the defeat of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria and historic gains in the stock market.

The Olympians will be even more excited because they have a chance to compete in their sport and try to break world records. The last Summer Olympics were held in Rio de Janerio, Brazil in 2016, the next Summer Olympics will be in 2020 at Tokyo, Japan. The 2020 Olympics will begin on July 24 and end on  August 9. 

The Summer Olympics offers many activities like the 100, 200, and 400 meter dashes. The Summer Olympics also have golf, tennis, volleyball and many more sports. The first Olympics have been held since  April 6, 1896 and it ended April 15, 1896 although ancient Greeks have held them in  776 BC through 393 AD in Olympia, Greece which is why its called the Olympics.

It is being held at  Pyeong Chang in south Korea.
