·         Proactively assist the Business as required with Contact due diligence exercises, using Contract Life cycle management and Obligations Lifecycle Management (OMS);

·         Ensure all inputted data is completed, accurate and timely.

·         Complete all reporting in line with the CCS Reporting Frequency standards set out in the CCS Roles and Responsibilities document. 

·         Ensure all Contracts for Enterprise and larger accounts are conformed and obligations tracked through LexBase
·         Prepare and calendar up to date Contract Management Plans and Reviews (CMP) for all Mega and Strategic High Accounts.

·         Assist with the preparing of Critical Deliverable Lists (CDLs) as required.

·         Monitor and resolve any issues through regular Account, industry, region engagement.

·         Proactively use Tool and Data outputs to work directly with DXC customers to mitigate risk for DXC and improve margin across three key areas, (a) profit leakage, (b) cost avoidance and (c) proactive revenue generation.

·         Create, lead or assist in opportunities for Profit Leakage / Cost Avoidance or Revenue Increase on your respective Account(s) and report these upsides via LexBase One Pagers, CCM’s should be striving to achieve a significant result in the Fiscal Year (“significant” here means a double-digit percentage of the ACV of such account) 

·         Regularly review Account One Pagers and develop handling plans for any issues highlighted with your manage.
