This whole chapter giving the whole vibe of mystery made me wonder what kinds of an important secret are told by the old curator to his attacker before he was murdered by that guy. The writer excellently explain the whole suspense scenarios and well wrote such as masterpiece of story even start with the Prologue chapter which makes me as a reader feels addicted to follow up this whole story later.

The most general understading of instruction cycle is shown as following:
1)PC(Program Counter) holds instruction address, the instruction address is copied into the MAR (Memory Address Register). Contents from the address pointed by MAR is fetched into MDR (Memory Data Register). Program Counter + 1.
2)MDR copied the instruction into the IR (Instruction Register). Instruction from IR is sent to CU (Control Unit) for decoding to understand the operation code.
3) MAR stores whatever address from CU after decoded, and execute operation based on the opcode.
4)Repeat step 1.
In summary, 
-PC holds instruction address
-MAR holds effective address
-MDR holds instruction/data transferred between RAM and CPU.
-IR holds instruction that needs to be decoded by CU.
-Accumulation holds loaded data/ result after operation.

She then gets overpowered by the pilferer who has stole Crowley’s clock and other furniture that belonged to Topham. She gets hold of the will in the empty house as the Afro-American caretaker gets drunk in a nearby club.

Nancy successfully obtains the clock when the pilferers are heavily drinking at the nearby club. She is exposed to the police as the person hiding some evidence stolen intentionally from the police; and the police-robber chase is involving the gunfire. Nancy gets seen as happy after taking the cash from Topham and handing money to the poor families. It is displayed in the climactic scene, which is described before the epilogue and denouement. She is shown as an unusually strong-willed woman, though a little competitive when it comes to Topham. At the same time, she is being altruistic and charitable towards poor heirs. Nancy totally enjoys watching people in the River Heights Class losing their grip of their status that they have earned with money as opposed to the character.

Aliran Emperisisme: fahaman yang menegaskan bahawa semua pengetahuan manusia bersumberkan dari bukti atau pengalaman deria yang lima dan bukan hasil operasi akal. Kaedah yang digunakan adalah dengan pengetahuan yang diperolehi selepas melalui pengamatan dan pengalaman. Aliran ini banyak mempengaruhi sains dan teknologi melalui metode saintifik yang menggunakan pengamatan empirikal melalui pancaindera bagi memperoleh sumber ilmu. Kaedah pemerhatian dan usaha dalam kajian-kajian yang dijalankan membentuk pengalaman berharga dalam pengetahuan. Ia juga menjadi panduan bagi perkembangan sumber pengetahuan yang lain.

Aliran Skeptisisme: merupakan satu aliran falsafah yang menjadikan keraguan sebagai jalan kebenaran. Aliran ini mengatakan bahawa pancaindera adalah bersifat penipu dan menyeleweng serta mensyaratkan adanya bukti sebelum suatu pengalaman itu diakui benar. Mr. Summer officiates, the master of ceremonies at most public events in town. Today, his assistant is Mr. Grave, the postmaster. Mr. Summers brings forth a black wooden box that contains a pile of folded slips of paper, all of them blank except one, which contains a large black circle. The box has been used in the lottery since before the oldest resident was born.

Mr. Martin and his son Baxter hold the box steady while Mr. Summers reaches in and stirs up the papers. The town once used wood chips instead of paper, but the population grew, and the chips couldn’t fit into the box. The rest of the year, the box sits forgotten on a shelf or under a desk.

Lists of families and heads of household are drawn up, a few family members agree to pull slips from the box for absent fathers. Mr. Summers is sworn in. A few other customs follow, including a chant and a salute.

The lottery begins. Mr. Summers calls out, in alphabetical order, the names of each head of household. Each man pulls a folded piece of paper from the box.

In the crowd, Mr. and Mrs. Adams remark to Old Man Warner that some nearby towns have decided to abandon the lottery. Warner replies testily that this is a bad idea: “There’s always been a lottery”. He reminds them that the lottery helps to guarantee a good harvest.

When all heads of household have retrieved folded papers, they open them together and look. Bill Hutchinson holds the paper with the black mark. He, his wife, and their three children will participate in the final section of the lottery. Tessie complains that Mr. Summers didn’t give her husband enough time to choose properly. 

Five slips of paper, one of them marked, are folded and placed in the box. The Hutchinsons’ three children draw first, followed by Tessie and Bill. They all open their papers: The black-marked slip is in Tessie’s hand.

Tessie is placed in the center of an empty area. People fetch stones from the piles assembled by the boys. Tessie’s toddler son, Davy, receives a few small stones to throw. As Tessie cries out that the entire ritual “isn’t fair,” the stones begin to strike her.

Satu peristiwa hitam telah berlaku dalam hidup Hazel. Dia menjadi trauma. Iwan menjadikan alasan tidak mahu berkahwin dengan gadis yang telah dinodai untuk memutuskan pertunangan mereka dan akhirnya berkahwin dengan Safura. Akhirnya terbongkarlah identiti lelaki mental yang selalu menganggu hidup Hazel. Dia adalah peminat Hazel yang tidak boleh menerima kehilangan Hazel.

When she finally feel a baby, she feels relief and she slowly began to pull the baby out. Then suddenly pain bursts in her fingers and she thought that Daedalus might have dropped scalpel inside Pasiphaë's stomach but the pain clamped harder, driving deep into her hand, grinding. Then she felt that the source of her pain was from teeth.  After hours of struggle to pull the baby, they finally succeeded. Then come out a baby cow from Pasiphaë's stomach. Circe was in a total shock seeing that and she lost 3 fingers delivering the baby. Then, Daedalus and Circe put the baby cow into a small cage because the baby cow was so aggressive. Pasiphaë and King Minos named the baby Minatour. That's where Circe created a potion to tame Minatour. However, the potion works only 3 seasons each year and Minatour will be aggressive on every harvest season, screaming with range and would tear at the bars, trying to rip them out. Once everything settled, Circe then returned home to her deserted island.

It's Thursday, and the couple usually dines out on those evenings, but Mary recognizes Patrick may be too tired, so she offers to prepare dinner, despite her advanced pregnancy. Patrick seems agitated by his wife's insistence on being useful and asks her instead to listen to what he has to say. He proceeds to tell her, though he never states it explicitly, that he's planning on leaving her.

In a total state of shock, Mary continues to go about making dinner, heedless to Patrick saying that he's going out. Coming to the first piece of meat in the basement freezer, a leg of lamb, she takes it upstairs for dinner. She finds Patrick facing away from her in the den, and without a single thought, clubs him in the back of the head with the leg of lamb, killing him instantly.

Suddenly realizing the severity of her crime, Mary quickly goes about covering it up. She puts the lamb in the oven and goes to the local grocer to buy vegetables to complete the dinner. After returning home and 'finding' her husband dead, she calls the police, who are also friends of the family. They arrive promptly and investigate.

Tired and confused from their investigation, Mary pleads tearfully with the detectives to let her finish the dinner she was preparing. Out of pity for the new widow, they concede. While enjoying the lamb, the men discuss the case, each of them convinced that the murder weapon, which has yet to be found, is 'probably right under (their) noses.'

Rumusan: The story relates the plight of an orphan child, Vanka, who has been apprenticed to a shoemaker in the big city of Moscow.. On Christmas Eve, full of nostalgia for his grandfather and his hometown, he didn't go to bed. While the boss was out, he leaned over the table to write a letter, and before he wrote the first word. No one seems to take her especially seriously. The next morning, it's off to Florida they go. Everyone piles in the car, including the grandmother, who seems to have acquired some enthusiasm for the trip. They stop at a restaurant to eat, and converse a bit with the owner, Red Sammy, and his wife. The grandmother talks with the couple about how hard it is to trust people and find "good men" these days. She also talks a bit about The Misfit. Back on the road, the grandmother gets the kids all excited by telling them about an old plantation she once visited that's located nearby. The kids convince the reluctant Bailey to take them all to see it. He turns onto a dirt road, which, the grandmother assures him, leads to the plantation. After following the road for a while they don't see anything. Suddenly, the grandmother remembers that the plantation isn't here at all—it's actually in Tennessee. She is so startled by this realization (which she doesn't tell anybody), that she jerks, letting her cat out of the basket where she's stowed it. The animal is propelled onto Bailey's shoulder. A dramatic accident follows, as the car veers off the road and flips over. The family waits for a car to come along, and sure enough, one does. Only it's not quite the help they were expecting. It turns out that their "help" is none other than The Misfit and two of his buddies. The grandmother recognizes The Misfit, and tries to convince him he's a good man who couldn't possibly want to do anything to harm them. The Misfit orders Bailey and John Wesley into the woods, where his cronies shoot them. The mother, the baby, and June Star soon follow.

Following his escape from the hospital, Dally arrives barely in time for the brawl. The tough battle is won by the greasers. Pony and Dally then hastily return to the hospital to visit Johnny, but he passes away soon after, and a hysterical Dally escapes the room. That evening, Pony comes home feeling disoriented and confused. Dally contacts the residence to report that he has committed a retail robbery and is avoiding the police. Dally is found by the greasers purposefully pointing an unloaded gun at the cops, which prompts them to shoot and murder him. Ponyboy is so overwhelmed by the rumbling that he passes out and suffers from a concussion for several days while being ill in bed. PADA suatu hari adik-beradik Nabi Yusuf yang dengki kepadanya merancang untuk membuang baginda ke dalam sebuah telaga yang dalam. Mereka dengki kerana ayah mereka lebih sayangkan Nabi Yusuf dan adiknya, Bunyamin. Mereka membawa Nabi Yusuf ke suatu tempat yang agak jauh dan meninggalkannya dalam sebuah telaga. Setelah rancangan mereka berjaya, mereka kembali semula ke rumah dengan membawa bersama pakaian Nabi Yusuf.

Mereka menunjukkan baju tersebut kepada bapa mereka iaitu Nabi Yaakub sambil menangis-nangis. Mereka berbohong dan menyatakan bahawa Nabi Yusuf dibaham oleh serigala. Apabila mendengar cerita daripada anak-anaknya itu, Nabi Yaakub sangat sedih kerana Nabi Yusuf adalah anak yang paling disayangi.

Sementara itu, Nabi Yusuf yang berada di dalam telaga yang gelap itu berasa sangat takut dan sunyi. Baginda hanya mampu memandang langit dan bintang-bintang yang berkerdipan. Nabi Yusuf juga berasa sangat sedih kerana kini baginda sudah berjauhan dengan ayahnya, Nabi Yaakub. Perutnya pun mula terasa lapar.

Dalam keadaan sedih dan lapar itu, tiba-tiba Nabi Yusuf mendengar satu suara. Nabi Yusuf diam seketika. Tidak lama kemudian, Nabi Yusuf terdengar telapak kaki manusia yang sedang berjalan. Semakin lama bunyi tersebut semakin jelas. Rupa-rupanya itu adalah rombongan kafilah yang berhenti untuk mengambil air minuman.

Mereka menurunkan gayung ke dalam perigi tersebut. Nabi Yusuf mengambil kesempatan itu untuk naik. Baginda berpaut pada tali gayung tersebut sehinggalah ia ditarik semula ke atas. Rombongan kafilah itu terkejut apabila melihat seorang budak lelaki berpaut pada gayung tersebut.

“Siapa engkau wahai budak?” soal salah seorang daripada ahli rombongan tersebut.

“Namaku Yusuf. Aku telah ditinggalkan oleh saudara-saudaraku dalam perigi ini seorang diri. Aku tidak boleh keluar dari perigi ini sehinggalah ternampak tali gayung yang tuan hulurkan tadi,” jawab Nabi Yusuf kembali.

Nabi Yusuf mula dikelilingi oleh semua ahli rombongan tersebut. Akhirnya mereka mengambil keputusan untuk menjual sahaja Nabi Yusuf apabila mereka sampai di kota Mesir nanti.

Nabi Yusuf bernasib baik apabila dibeli oleh seorang pembesar negara. Isteri pembesar itu sangat gembira apabila suaminya itu membawa pulang Nabi Yusuf ke rumah mereka. Mereka menjaga Nabi Yusuf seperti anak sendiri kerana mereka tidak mempunyai zuriat. Maka hiduplah Nabi Yusuf di rumah pembesar itu dengan gembiranya.

A computer consists of a set of components or modules of three basic types (processor, memory, I/O) that communicate with each other. The collection of paths connecting the various modules is called the interconnection structure. The design of this structure will depend on the exchanges that must be made among modules.

Memory: A memory module will consist of N words of equal length. Each word is assigned a unique numerical address (0, 1, ... , N-1). A word of data can be read from or written into the memory. The nature of the operation is indicated by read and write control signals. The location for the operation is specified by an address.

I/O module: I/O is functionally similar to memory. There are two operations; read and write. An I/O module may control more than one external device (port) and each port is given a unique address (e.g., 0, 1, c , M-1). In addition, there are external data paths for the input and output of data with an external device. Finally, an I/O module may be able to send interrupt signals to the processor

Processor: The processor reads in instructions and data, writes out data after processing, and uses control signals to control the overall operation of the system. It also receives interrupt signals (IRQ).

Bus Interconnection:
A bus is a communication pathway connecting two or more devices. A key characteristic of a bus is that it is a shared transmission medium. Multiple devices connect to the bus, and a signal transmitted by any one device is available for reception by all other devices attached to the bus. If two devices transmit during the same time period, their signals will overlap and become garbled. Thus, only one device at a time can successfully transmit.

Only one module may control bus at 1 time when there are more than 1 module controlling the bus. Processed by which another device is selected to become bus master while others wait for their turns.

2 approaches to bus arbitration:
->Centralized Abritration: A single bus arbiter performs the required arbitration (consists of Grant bus, Request bus, and Busy bus)

-Daisy Chain: Simple and cheaper method where all the bus masters use the same line for making bus requests. The bus grant signal serially propagates through each master until it encounters the first one that is requesting access to the bus. This master blocks the propagation of the bus grant signal, therefore any other requesting module will not receive the grant signal and hence cannot access the bus. Busy bus is enabled when a master is decided so that other devices can't make request until the master release the bus.

-Polling or rotating priority: The controller is used to generate the address for the master(unique priority), the number of address lines required depends on the number of masters connected in the system. The controller generates a sequence of master addresses (unproductive if generated master address is not the device that generating request). When the requesting master recognizes its address, it activates the busy line and begins to use the bus. The unique addresses can be set priority or equal to all the devices. Th devices that can be connected are up to 2^N where N is the number of Polling bus line (Grant bus).

-Independent: Each master has a separate pair of bus request and bus grant lines and each pair has a priority assigned to it.The built-in priority decoder within the controller selects the highest priority request and asserts the corresponding bus grant signal.  

->Distrubuted Arbitration: All devices participating in the selection of the next bus master. No central controller. Each module contain access control logic & modules acts together to share the bus. Asserted signal is propagated to all devices when nobody claims the bus at the time.

Tiba masanya bagi ummah untuk melepaskan semua bentuk perselisihan pinggiran di antara sesama sendiri. Sebaliknya berganding bahu dan bekerjasama menyambut era kebangkitan dan kegemilangan Islam sebagai satu-satunya "Addin" (cara hidup) yang paling sesuai untuk kebaikan dan kebahagiaan seluruh insan di planet bumi ini.
