My #1 family goal is to have a family of my own. Because I want someone that can look up to me and for me to be able to teach them so many valuable lessons.
My #1 career goal is to have a job that I love to go to everyday. I mean yes I want to be paid well, but why make a lot of money and do something that you’re not passionate about. It feels like if you do that then you are just throwing away your dreams, and you career doesn’t have meaning to your life.

Also it allows leaders to share ideas effectively.
Trust- a leader has to be able to trust whoever he is leading for everything to run smoothly.
Responsibility- A leader has to be able to take blame for their mistakes, and realize that they need to work on it and get better.
