Hello, my name is Alyona, I’m 23 years old. I have a passion for caring for other people. That’s why I decided to take the tourism specialty at my university there I learned about customer services and hospitality. When I was studying, I used all the volunteering and training opportunities to get to know about service in the tourism sphere as more as I could.  In the last year of my career, I learned about the great opportunity of becoming a flight attendant. And so, here I am.
