Love the students before they come to seminary…during the seminary experience (regardless)…and love them through the years after seminary.

Love them right where they are at. Trust that they are giving the best they can right now

Interaction with students-tried my best to treat them all the same. Same excitement to have them in class, ask them about their weekends, hobbies etc...

Trust them more with technology

I've really struggled to trust them in this area. One thing I've tried recently is to do more activities like this one where they interact with each other online and have opportunities to practice using their phones for good.

Invite exercise of faith. Invite them to write in journal, talk with a neighbor, etc.
