Obesity is one of the most common problems that most people face,and it affects their lives negatively. Genetic factors are one of the most common causes of obesity, followed by choosing an unhealthy lifestyle.Whoever eats a lot of food that contains high calories and his body does not burn them,so it turns into fat,which causes obesity.As for the physical harms of obesity, firstly, it may lead to type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Obesity is considered a very dangerous health condition if it exceeds the reasonable rate. A person must get rid of it. There are some ways that enable a person to get rid of obesity. Among these methods are; Exercising daily or at least three days a week, greatly affects the movement of blood circulation, and burns calories more quickly and in a healthy way without taking medical drugs. Sleep every day for at least eight hours a day. Follow a healthy diet by the doctor, or specialists in this matter, in order to know what foods cause you to gain weight, and also so that you do not follow a wrong health system. And a lot of eating fruits, nuts, and fish, because they contain omega, which is one of the unsaturated fats and never harms the human body. Consult your specialist doctor if there are some medications that cause you obesity, and replace them with other medications. Do periodic check-ups every six months to know if there is a problem in the work of the thyroid gland and hormones, or the incidence of polycystic ovary syndrome, and try to get rid of it as soon as possible time.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Obesity is one of the biggest problems we have in our current world. This topic is significant because of the terrible consequences it can have. I decided to write about this topic as Kuwait is one of the highest countries when it comes to fat levels. obesity increases the risk of having a lot of diseases, such as heart, diabetes, and high blood pressure. Countries who forget this disease will end up with a place that is full of diseases and high death rates. Obesity has three primary causes, all of which are linked to people, money, and time. Firstly, people are a cause of obesity. People like to gather around people who ingest food that is quite unhealthy. For example, the main Kuwaiti dish which is Machboos is known to be unhealthy. Secondly, Money may be a reason for obesity. As we all know, fast food is known to be cheaper compared to healthy choices like fruits and vegetables. Finally, time may be a cause of obesity. Fast food restaurants which are one of the leading reasons for obesity are known to prepare food in a couple of minutes. One of the best solutions is to follow a healthy diet. Especially in Kuwait, it is considered the best solution to get rid of obesity, as we have doctors who specialize in this field. When you follow a healthy diet, it positively affects your mental and physical health. And to implement this solution, there are several ways, including posting advertisements on the street or on television. Conducting workshops explaining the importance of health and a healthy diet. And don’t forget the most important and most effective way at the present time, which is the social media sites, as they have the main impact on society.In summary,Obesity has many solutions, and all of them work, but you have to look at your condition and what works for it to see the best results.</div>]]></description>
