1. I believe what made me stand out, are my years of experience studying in this field which I could contribute to the company. I am also a person who can work under pressure, and still be consistent at what I do.

2. I do not have a expected salary, I believe I am still on the path of learning while working, and I believe that the experience I gain here would be more important than the salary. At the same time, I believe the company practices fair remuneration for its staff.
Comments: Good, being humble and informing that the experience is more of a priority to you. However, it is good to add a line to also highlight that you believe they are fair to their staff. This is also to protect you from being bullied and make-use-of by companies that take you as young and gullible.

3. Yes, I have, fortunately, the team I worked in were all wonderful members who play their part, therefore I do not have anything that I dislike working with a team.

4. I do not have much background, as I did not take up "Art" as a subject during my secondary school year. I was inspired by my dad sketching which makes me want to learn more about drawing. That somehow fueled my passion to grow my talents in this field.

5. Other than spending time drawing and modelling assets. I like hand on stuffs, like making things. I remembered I made a robot out of toilet roll during my primary year, recent year I did a lightbox with some of the wood I brought from Artfriend. I think when you work on hands-on projects, it can be very satisfying and rewarding to see how each project move from scratch to completeness.
Comment: This phrase can help you say that you find satisfaction in seeing things through. That is a good quality when companies handles a lot of projects.

1. Sure I feel <del>that it would be a shame</del> a slight disappointment but if I were not offered the job it means that there are things about myself has loads of rooms for improvement. I will continue to improve myself and look for more opportunities. I strongly feel that resilience is key.

2. I personally strongly believe in resilience therefore firstly if given the chance to lead is really a great honour and opportunity to at times even share with my team what experience I have learnt from the past hopefully being able to further inspire them and as a team strive for the best.

3. Development of myself would be something that valuable to take away. Even meeting different people in the company would allow me to learn more about communications and also improve my problem-solving skills if any disputes arise.
4. I cannot really compare myself to others as I believe that each and every one of us has our strengths. Therefore I believe my strength would be resilience, even if failure comes knocking on my door I would always find ways out to step up and try again. I believe in the saying, Failing Forward. When you fail, you grow, learn, and move forward.

5. I would say I am pretty open-minded and adaptable to different situations be it in work or relationships. I know I am definitely not perfect and believe that there is always room for improvements, and chances to enhance my skills further.

1. Unfortunately, they have not. I am extremely grateful for this opportunity to meet with you and showcase my works, and I hope that my skills can become an asset to your company. I believe that by working here, I can have numerous opportunities for growth and exploration of my art, as well as be able to interact with different people to learn from and inspire each other.

2. I was inspired by anime and manga, which drove me to pick up art in the first place. I have always been an avid fan of Japanese animation, and I especially love the details in scenes and how drawings could be turned into such lively and captivating stories through animation. I hope for my art to be able to engage audiences, and even leave an impact on them. Thus, I believe animation is an effective medium as characters and objects become alive with relatable personalities.

3. My immediate goal is to be able to work in a production team and contribute assets to a work that would be published eventually. Having my efforts bear fruit is one of the most rewarding experiences to me, and I work with the aim of making something that I would be proud of showing others. As for my long term goals, I would like to one day lead an art development team for a production and work together with others to bring our ideas to life.

4. I believe that I can contribute my eye for detail, as well as my organisational skills. When faced with a complex piece, I would first break it down into manageable parts, while taking note of the kinds of details necessary to make sure nothing is overlooked. On top of that, I also organise my workflow in order to keep myself on track, and my sense of responsibility and diligence helps me persevere and see things to the end. I enjoy working with others as well, and try my best to make working experiences with others as pleasant as I can with respect and ample communication.

5. One thing I find challenging is working on large projects with very tight deadlines. Races against time - especially with a lot at stake - often call for intense time management and focus in order to get work done efficiently. As I prioritise quality, these situations prove a challenge to me as I have to juggle both the time limit and level of quality. However, these experiences always leave me a stronger person as I was before, and I believe every hardship faced always has points for learning and improvement.
