         <description><![CDATA[<div>Energy is the ability to do work. An object that has energy can do work. Energy can be both Kinetic or Potential energy. Kinetic energy is energy of motion and energy used when something is moving. Potential energy is stored energy and energy waiting to be used. There are a lot of different types of energy the six main types of energy are mechanical, electrical, sound, thermal, light, and chemical.</div>]]></description>

Another example is a campfire it can transfer thermal energy and light energy. There is also something called waste energy.  Waste energy is energy not needed in a system or an object. If you look at where the most energy is flowing and you find some energy not following that flow, it's "waste."</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The way that energy flows in a system is by changing form. For example, in this picture you can see that because the girl is biking, the chemical energy changes into mechanical energy, then it changes into electrical energy, and lastly thermal energy. You can see that the energy keeps changing forms and flows through the system. You can even see that there is some waste energy when the girl is biking because some thermal energy is not following the flow and instead floating up in the air.</div>]]></description>
